My husband and I had a lovely stay here for a long weekend. It is across the street from the beach but it's in a slower part of town so crossing is no big deal. It's situated less then a mile from the main drag of Treasure Island and in the other direction less then a mile is Johns Pass.... More

We had to find a motel on a budget when visiting. I'm glad we found this place. Good location in Treasure Island, and within walking distance to the beach. The furniture is a little dated, but full kitchen, TV, swimming pool, etc. For a cheaper place, it was pretty clean. Never saw a bug. Kristina was great, helpful, and always... More

We loved our week at the Mardi Gras Motel. We were in a room with two double beds, a full kitchen, one bath and a sitting area. It was a good size for our family of 4. Beach access is just a short walk across the street. The pool is heated and clean. The motel was very quiet and we... More

The Mardi Gras is small, but has everything you need. The owners were friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. We had a room with a kitchen that included a stove, microwave, sink and full size refrigerator. The decor was a bit dated, but everything was clean and in good repair, so no complaints there. It is close to the... More

We booked 6 nights at the Mardi gras, we were on a very tight budget so just booked a basic room, on arrival we were given a room with a kitchen, this was a real bonus. The motel is idealy situated on Treasure Island. The room itself was a good size though the furniture was odly arranged. It wasnt very... More

The motel is quite basic but clean and the staff was very pleasant. Even though it is close to the main road, it was fairly quiet. The window air conditioner was a bit louder than some but not too bad. The only real negative was the speed of the WiFi. Best to go to McDonald's to do emails. Location was... More

Place is small on outside but room is spacious with full kitchen and an excellent shower fit for taller people. Rep was very nice. We originally booked for just 1 day but ended up staying for 2. Another positive is that the beach is right across the street. It's not at all new and fancy just clean and bug free... More

The Mardi Gras motel was like home away from home. It has all the amenities like home, and the owners where super. The room was clean and the location was within minutes to the beach, a great ice cream shop, Circle K, and dining all within walking distance. Johns Pass is great and within a 5 minute drive. Great place... More

An older motel (AC in the window), but very clean and nice staff. Gators parasailing three minutes drive, great ice cream across the street, and BEACH access walking by ice cream stand. There a Circle K next to the hotel for that extra formula or diapers. Yes old people stay there also... It's Florida. Check in before 6 pm, the... More

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Mardi Gras! Small, clean family owned motel. The owners were accommodating and friendly. We met many nice folks who were staying at the motel as well. Our room had two queen size beds a sofa and a very large kitchen. Bathroom could use updating. We enjoyed our stay and hope... More
