In my opinion, the best manicured property on Treasure Island. The staff is super friendly and the view of the Gulf is fantastic. While drinking wine on our balcony waiting for the sunset we watched the maintenance man paint and touch up poles, shuffleboard court etc. They are on it. Each condo comes with everything you need including a washer and dryer.

The south beach condo is in a great location on the beach with shopping, restaurants, activities, and everything else needed for the fantastic lifestyle or vacation. The first overall impression of South Beach is good and commensurate with the cost of being in paradise. The grounds are very nice, but things are getting a bit tired. Things could be a little cleaner, a little fresher looking. The shuffleboard surface and area wasn’t clean enough to have a proper game and one lane has a crack and uneven surface, leaving it unusable. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our unit, #305, especially the bathroom. The floor was very dirty With hair on the floor, enough so that we wondered if the unit was properly cleaned. We reported it to the clerk at the front desk and she told us she would send someone to clean it. I don’t believe that happened. There was also many black specks of dirt on the floor of the bathroom (not as bad in the rest of the condo). These items decrease the value some more but the issues of our particular unit number 305 really made us feel that we didn’t get the nicely appointed clean environment that we paid for. The housekeeping that we received after our sixth or seventh night helped a little, but the unit was never really clean. The upholstered furniture was sagging and uncomfortable. The white bathroom cabinets and bedroom nightstands were in poor condition. In the kitchen area the toaster was visibly full of crumbs. Also, the dishwasher was very difficult to start. The unit also has ants, very tiny ants. The day before we departed we noticed dirt from either termites or ants on the floor at the entry door. Sorry no photo to back this up, however we did leave a note for the cleaning staff. We feel we did not get what we paid for.…

Great location, clean unit. Nice Walkable location to restaurants. Never any issues or problems. We missed the complementary sand chairs this year, hopefully will bring them back again for next year. Always a good stay though and will be back!

Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Treasure Island. Condo was clean, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Within walking distance to dining, shopping and of course just steps from the beach. The pool was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. I could not have had a more enjoyable vacation stay.

With the maids, with maintenance, with the Management staff (especially Karen at the front desk), we were immensely satisfied during our stay. All of our requests were immediately taken care of. The location for South beach condo hotel is very convenient. The landscaping, the swimming pool (heated!) and the hammocks and free use of beach chairs and umbrellas were great! The view from our balcony was stunning! Thank you for a lovely two week vacation!

This was our first time staying with South Beach Condo and it was amazing! The unit was nicely furnished, had all that we needed, and was very up-to-date. It was a quiet place to get away in spite of being booked completely. All the staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. We will definitely plan to return again!

I was thrilled to find this place at this price "in season" -- ocean views, no roads to cross, and a great place to walk from either on the sand or on the walking path. Loved having full kitchen, washer and dryer and a ton more room than I needed.

Stayed 7 nights and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Short walk to beach each day, easy walk to several restaurants. Free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool is a little small but clean and we never had a problem getting chairs. Kitchen had great frying pans (unusual!) and all the basics for cooking simple meals. Washer/dryer in room was great to have. Staff was friendly and helpful. King bed was comfortable. Weather was fabulous. A good value for the price. Would definitely come back.

A beautiful place to stay, ended up being an extended vacation and I loved it. Spent 6 weeks and it felt like home. Condos are very clean, well stocked, amazing sea views, quiet, incredible staff that were always friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
