My husband and I stayed at South Beach Condos for a week and completely loved it. Staff was friendly and always so helpful, the heated pool was amazing, and the condo had everything you would expect and more. The beds were comfy, the kitchen stocked with nice dishes and cookware, and a washer and dryer available making our stay much less stressful. Only suggestion is to get a hose attached to the outside shower to use to spray the sand off items when we bring them from the beach. Highly recommended if your looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

We stayed in room 502, the views were AMAZING!!!! The full size Washer and Dryer were a PLUS especially with little ones it was amazing to just come up from the beach and through their bathing suits and towels right in the washer. The kitchen as well being full size was so convenient. The room had everything you needed as if it was your own house. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. We for sure we will be staying here again.

…excellent… every single time!!! This is our “happy place”. Great accommodations, amazing view, attentive staff and the sunsets are spectacular. The rooms leave you needing nothing including towels for the beach… chairs and umbrellas are available for use too. Oh yes! There is a blender in your kitchen.

We have stayed many times at this same resort because of the beautiful location and beach views. We love the area, the boardwalk, many restaurants and family atmosphere. The one bedroom units are large enough to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked. While front desk staff are excellent, policies at a higher level are questionable, for instance, we had to leave several days early due to coronavirus, travel advisories and a pending border closure to Canada. In spite of both the US and Canada declaring states of emergency, this condo refused to give refunds for the portion of our trip that we were unable to use. This policy is totally inflexible and unacceptable given the current world crisis and directions by heads of government to return home immediately. They seem to put their profits ahead of customer care and certainly satisfaction.

The south beach condo is in a great location on the beach with shopping, restaurants, activities, and everything else needed for the fantastic lifestyle or vacation. The first overall impression of South Beach is good and commensurate with the cost of being in paradise. The grounds are very nice, but things are getting a bit tired. Things could be a little cleaner, a little fresher looking. The shuffleboard surface and area wasn’t clean enough to have a proper game and one lane has a crack and uneven surface, leaving it unusable.
We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our unit, #305, especially the bathroom. The floor was very dirty With hair on the floor, enough so that we wondered if the unit was properly cleaned. We reported it to the clerk at the front desk and she told us she would send someone to clean it. I don’t believe that happened. There was also many black specks of dirt on the floor of the bathroom (not as bad in the rest of the condo). These items decrease the value some more but the issues of our particular unit number 305 really made us feel that we didn’t get the nicely appointed clean environment that we paid for. The housekeeping that we received after our sixth or seventh night helped a little, but the unit was never really clean. The upholstered furniture was sagging and uncomfortable. The white bathroom cabinets and bedroom nightstands were in poor condition.
In the kitchen area the toaster was visibly full of crumbs. Also, the dishwasher was very difficult to start.
The unit also has ants, very tiny ants. The day before we departed we noticed dirt from either termites or ants on the floor at the entry door. Sorry no photo to back this up, however we did leave a note for the cleaning staff.
We feel we did not get what we paid for.

We stayed in unit 507. Property fully contained unit including washer & dryer with enough soap for 1 washer load. Condo was spotless with plenty on linen. Check in was easy. But the highlight of our stay was the sunset, just amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a good time at the South Beach Condo/Hotel. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. The bedrooms were adequate in size. The living area was spacious and included a sofa sleeper. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils are cooking equipment. The only thing we were missing was a good strainer for pasta. The view of the beach was nice. We were a short walk to the water and had fun shelling every morning.
The office staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to answer our questions and made suggestions, when asked for them. The facility is clean. The bright yellow and purple colors made it easy to locate the building when walking along the beach or driving back from a trip shopping or dining out. The facility is located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and stores to get your souvenirs.
The only complaint we had was that we found a used paper plate under one of the beds and a pack of cigarettes in a kitchen cabinet.

At first I was going to stay at South Beach Condo for 6 days but I ended up extending my time twice: I ended up spending 2 weeks at the Condo. That was a wonderful experience: peace and quiet, clear and warm waters; calm sea, right in front of the Condo! The room was comfortable enough with fully equipped kitchen, which helps saving lots of money cooking your own food. The Condo provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for free, a clean pool for your refreshment from the beach. The Condo area is safe, just a walking distance from cool restaurants, bars and even a supermarket. That’s a great vacation destination for sure, but it wouldn’t be enough if not for Karen, from the front desk and Connie, in the cleaning team. My special thanks to them for their kindness and spectacular attention and willingness to make the best of my stay. They are really special people and the work they do is outstanding. I definitely want to be back.

Great place, great view, relaxing atmosphere. They had everything we needed right in the room including a washer and dryer ,that made more time to enjoy the outdoors rather than waiting on the clothes. My husband and I loved staying at South Beach! It’s a great location, lots of local restaurants and activities nearby. The private balcony was the highlight for us where we enjoyed a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets. We appreciated all the supplies like wall-mounted soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom, plenty of bath and beach towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. Only two things I was wishing for: better beach chairs (we ended up renting the cabanas) and room-darkening shades in the bedroom, but not a huge deal. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend South Beach Resort
