This hotel checks all of the boxes. Clean and comfortable rooms, central location, and friendly staff. It's especially refreshing considering Tampa isn't a fantastic hotel market. The only complaint I have is the breakfast buffet. It needs a lot more variety. The cook to order food was just fine.

The hotel is centrally located in Historic Ybor.. Lots of stuff to do.. Decent area.. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok and cost 10.95 if your not a HHoners Gold or Diamond. There is also a 12.50 a night parking fee. Overall nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Dear Rob, Thank you for the review of your stay with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the many great attractions in Tampa-Ybor. I am sorry our breakfast offerings did not exceed your expectations. It was close to all the stuff in Ybor. Motel was clean and safe. Room was nice and big. Staff was very good and helpful. Enjoyed watching the chickens in the morning outside the motel. Cool seeing them in the city. Great place to stay. I like having lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel staff was professional and friendly, our room was cleaned everyday, and the grounds were manicured. A very short walk from the hotel to the main strip. ...Just so you know Roosters abound in Ybor City.

The location is great and just a 5 to 10 minute walk to many restaurants and bars. The pool area is very clean. The rooms are very basic. The staff is very nice. If I have any complaints it is that the shower head/water pressure is not good at all. And the air conditioner goes on and off very frequently...

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel! Wonderful staff! Fresh baked cookies every evening. Historical district- two streets away from shops and restaurants. Restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner for additional fee. Free transportation to any area within 3 miles - for us it was to the Aquarium and the cruise port. However be aware there are no fast food, grocery...

Great walking location to Ybor. I like the brick streets. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Love the chickens that run free around town. The trolley was very quaint would have enjoyed it more if they would have talked about the Ybor city.

My room was extremely clean and very quiet for a Friday night in Ybor City. The room temperature was perfect even though the temperature dropped that night to the 40s. The benefit of this hotel is able to walk to restaurants, bars and historical sights in both Ybor and downtown Tampa. The trolley is available for a quick transfer to...

We had a very nice stay. The property is very close to the historic district. We were given a suite and complimentary breakfast as Hilton Gold members. Breakfast was outstanding and a bargain even if you have to pay the 9.99 cost. Susi was an excellent waitress and Theresa the cook prepared omelettes and the rest of breakfast to perfection....
