Shuttle service is not on the hour every hour as stated. It stops at 10pm. Don't bother telling them the problem since all they will tell you is that they know and there is nothing that can be done. Also make sure you use the card you are going to charge, they will process it before you even actually check in and when you provide them a different card they will say it is a hassle to do the switch. Rooms are nice and clean, so is the hotel, just the service sucks.

As per hotel policy, certain reservation do require us authorizing the card prior arrival. We do hope you come and see us during your next stay in the Tampa Bay Area.

Hotel's Favorite
There were 10 in our family from 3-1/2 to well over 70. We were well taken care of, breakfast was satisfying. Shuttle from airport and then to the ship's pier was well done. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night prior to taking a cruise. The room was very nice, there were outlets on the nightstand which are always convenient. The shower had a very strong stream, and was very hot. There is an inlet of water on one side of the hotel, and it's beautiful. We had the free airport shuttle pick us up from the airport, which was very nice. They told us they also offer the shuttle to a couple of restaurants in the area as well. We ended up taking the shuttle to Bahama Breeze, but decided to walk back because it was very close. We were surprised when we booked the Cruise Shuttle. I had booked this hotel a while back, and understood the Cruise Shuttle to be free. I also had been told the times for pick up, but when we arrived, that had changed. They said they were using a new shuttle company for the Cruise Terminal. It ended up being $10 a person, and they were very late in picking us up. The cruise line now schedules 30 minute window for check in. Due to the shuttle being late, we nearly missed our check in time. We arrive with 5 minutes to spare, so we got lucky. I really liked the hotel, but probably wouldn't take that shuttle again.

Stayed one night. It has a quick efficient courtesy shuttle from the airport. The location is great for both walking and a restaurant next door with great food and music. Not really sure what more a traveler would need??

Our stay way just o.k. Nothing special. We felt safe it was in a good central location and good access to the interstate. The Hampton Inn was just o.k. and seemed to be run down, or in need of a good coat of paint.
