We booked this hotel as part of a vacation package with Busch Gardens, but upon our late-night arrival, we were informed that no room booking had been received at the front desk. (Please note: There was no one available at Busch Gardens after 8 pm to address any issues!) Christine at the front desk was incredibly kind and offered us a room so we wouldn’t have to search for another hotel or sleep in our car. The next morning, we explained the situation to Sharon at the front desk. Sharon went above and beyond to ensure we received a refund, even though the mistake was not the hotel’s fault. We feel incredibly fortunate and appreciative because these two friendly, empathetic ladies saved our vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near the parks and is impeccably maintained, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place and plan to return for our next trip.

SUPER clean King Suite; very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Great TV and furniture like new. Everyone from Housekeeping to Front Desk [extra stars for Maria] is outstanding and friendly. The hotel has a large, clean, relaxing pool.

The staff are friendly and made our stay amazing. The evening staff at the desk and at the bar were hilarious and allowed us to kick back and relax and laugh. Great way to end our vacation.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for blankets and sheets for the pullout sofa and were immediately give what we needed.
The only negative is the pullout sofa bed is not very comfortable, according to my daughter, but there really are not many pullout sofa beds that are comfortable.
We loved our stay there and will definitely be staying here during future visits to Tampa

I booked my stay in August 2024. On October 21 (AFTER Hurricane Milton hit Tampa), I received a confirmation. I drove 3 1/2 hours and decided after I arrived at my conference to confirm that they had all of the paperwork sent that my business would need to pay for the reservation. It was only after I called them that I was told they no longer had a room for me. The general manager made the decision to not send out emails or texts or calls in advance. I was forced to miss the first session of my conference while I was scrambling to find another room a reasonable driving distance from my conference. The front desk’s solution was to transfer my reservation to a hotel hour away, Which is completely unacceptable considering that I do not know anything about this town. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn, and urge everyone else to never trust their confirmations.

Even if you are starving and have nothing to eat, I beg you DO NOT purchase “breakfast sandwich” you get a coupon on reception for. It was the most disgusting food I have ever tried. You might imagine that eggs would be fresh cooked, muffins toasted, and bacon roasted. Instead, you get barely microwaved sandwich with rubbery eggs and frozen sticky cheese inside. The hotel has a serious issue with personnel not limited to the kitchen. Reception girl named Jasmine was unable to read my name from the driver license I handed to her. Simple request of quiet room away from the elevator has caused a total brain freeze. The hotel and room appeared to be recently renovated though very cheaply, so don’t pay attention to old photos. Two stars would be fair.

Very comfortable room, I wish we stay om the other quiet side of building.
I also wish for a bigger and busier restaurant.
Moffitt Hospital is only 11 minutes walk. If a patient is capable of walking this is a good option because free shuttle does not operate at 5AM.

Clean hotel and it was very COVID friendly. They took every precaution to make sure the rooms were germ free including not re renting out the rooms for three days between stays. The breakfast buffet was very limited.

Review paid to be hidden on Google 9/14. I’m Sooo big on just say that. I put the exact address in the GPS & it brought us to Home 2 Suites by Hilton. When I called today at around 10:30 a.m. to ask and the girl said no this is Holiday INN as if I didn’t know who I was calling. . . Anyways if she was competent she would’ve easily just told me that Holiday Inn is in the exact same parking lot as Home 2 Suites. But unfortunately she wasn’t competent enough to do that. When we asked at the other hotel, they were smart enough to tell us. I called back & an older women answered and answered yes to what I asked. Side note- there’s actually name brand lotion/ hand wash😁 wasn’t expecting that!

Kadisha has been one of the most Professional, Pleasant, Pollite, Energetic, Helpful Front desk personalities I have ever encounter during my travling. She is very experience and knowlegable about the area and what it take to make people feel welcome with the hotel. I had called a day before I arrived with some special request not only did she try her best to handel them before I arrived she insured me that she will be present when I arrived to make sure the my need were meeet. She went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were comfortable and our need meet. She was truly the best part of the trip. I was given a beautilful Room, Quiet and comfortable.

The check in was easy and front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms are in need of update. One room had a broken TV and no maintenance person available. There is no continental breakfast and there is not enough staff to make an ordered breakfast in a timely manner.

This is a matter that can easily be resolved by phoning the front desk of the hotel. Normally a person must be considered an adult with a valid credit card to rent a room. Check, however, with the hotel itself.
Yes when you get the king one bedroom suite
I have no idea but call the hotel they should be able to help you.
Not sure if they do or not. But you don't want to stay there. Not a good place at all.
I would think a bit too far but they will have to map it. The hotel is near the highway, across from UCF and Moffitt Hospital.
