Really surprised at the other reviews. We were there for 2 nights and slept so peacefully! There was no noise whatsoever! Jazz club on basically the same building but never heard a peep from them. Pool was unfortunately closed the entire time we were there which is a big reason why we chose this hotel so that was a super let down but we did sit out in their courtyard area the 2nd night before returning back to our room and that was super nice and quiet. No door on the bathroom and window to the shower with no shower curtain...works for couples. Super nice room with nice lighting.. Bed was so short to the ground though.

My family stayed at this Clarion hotel because we were attending a concert downtown. When checking in, there was a line on the paperwork to initial that said no refunds after check-in. I thought it was a bit weird, but signed the paperwork & moved on. As we moved our luggage into the room, I noticed a few people in the parking lot loitering & being loud. We dressed & went to the concert. Upon returning to the hotel at 11:30 at night, we were absolutely shocked! There is a nightclub at the front of the hotel—not noted in the hotel’s info—with flashing lights, loud music, the whole nine yards. The hotel’s parking lot was PACKED with cars & people milling about, coming in & out of this club. There was a “security guard” who had a few parking placed blocked off with cones. We tracked this person down & parked our truck. My husband & I were concerned that we’d wake up to a vandalized vehicle. There were people in the parking lot, hollering & being rowdy until very late outside. We did not feel safe. Our daughter did not feel safe. I wish I’d taken pictures to post, but frankly we were too rattled by the experience to think straight. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Definitely not a 3.5 star hotel! If you are looking for a quiet place to rest your head after a fun filled day with your family, this is NOT the place. Rude people playing loud music outside of our room, we had to call the front desk and ask them to deal with the situation. When the hotel security finally arrived, they turned down the music, but the people continued to speak loudly and even started screaming at each other and this continued until 4am. Spoke with the manager in the morning and he didn’t seam very concerned about the situation. I would rate this hotel a 1/2 star if that was an option.

Terrible would not stay here again if you paid me. We checked in around 4pm with my wife our son and my wife's parents. When we arrived we asked for a crib for our son who is 20 months old only to be told that it was the maintenance mans first night and he would get us a crib when he starts around 6 30 - 7 ish..... We went out for food as their restaraunt was closed that day and when we arrived back at 2100 I asked the girl on the desk, who has the worst customer service skills ever, she said they couldn't find a crib anywhere. After getting her to call the manager who did eventually answer she said there where only to on site 1 was being used and the other was dirty. I asked her what she was going to do about it and she was like " I dunno what do you want me to do about it" I was not impressed in the least so she called the manager back and we were told we could take our bussiness else where and get our money back. Not sure where we were ment to go at that hour with a young baby. As of now we have to go to a wallmart and purchase our own crib so we can stay here against our better judgement but it is to late to do anything different. To sum up CRAP, DON'T STAY HERE. While it looks nice and I admit it has a nice fassade, I guess all that glitters is not gold.
