we stayed here for the tamp buccaneers game on sunday nite.....very nice place....front desk friendly and helpful....rooms large and NO CARPETING!!!!!! bathrooms ok....but dont know why the bar wasn't open.... we would have liked that...and no breakfast included....close to the stadium .... and restaurants for dinner...would stay again....the bed was very comfortable as was the pillows.. air conditioner was perfect

I couldn’t have pick a better hotel for my stay. Hotel was clean but had a very strong smell of mold in certain areas of the lobby. Check in and out was super easy, nice friendly staff. The pool and hot tub was also a added plus for me. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay here again and recommend!

I checked in on August 7th. Gus was wonderful at check in, had the best hospitality and customer service skills. Rosemary in the other hand should go back to customer service class 101. She was yelling at me, demanded my phone number, threatened to lock myself, my granddaughter and my small Pomeranian out of our room at 7:30 in the morning. My granddaughter found a lost room key on the grounds and wanted to turn it in as a good deed. She’s 4 yrs old. All Rosemary could focus on was the fact that I had a small dog and kept telling me that the hotel wasn’t pet friendly. I told her when I googled it that the HI came up as pet friendly and that’s why I booked it. She kept demanding my phone number and was yelling across the counter at me. I explained my situation, offered to pay pet fee, but she kept yelling and demanding my number. I gave her my #, told her I was calling Corp abt her terrible, unprofessional and rude behavior. That’s when she threatened to lock me out of my room with all of my personal belongings in it and with a toddler and small/quiet dog. She had me so upset that I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I had planned on staying for 2 more nights, but not after her rude, bullying and horrible behavior. I had also stayed at the same hotel/location 2 yrs ago for a whole week with my dog and my granddaughter. No problems or issues whatsoever. They treated us very well. I always leave rooms cleaner than when I found them. There was also a mans thick black hair on the sheets of our bed on this visit. Never again. I am a Holiday Inn honors member and a time share member.

Due to the virus all amenities were down, but even though that was the case we were not impressed, more disapointed. A room at a Motel six would have been better. the room was stark as the carpet was removed and vinyl plank flooring put in, didn't look good. beds were so so nothing special.No microwave in room and was told only the upper floors had them? Went to the lobby looking for hot water and no luck. We have been staying at Holiday Inns for years and this was the worst yet.We are not picky people this was not good.

We have been here many times but this is the 1st since COVID 19. We were concerned about going to a hotel but we worried for nothing. First thing you encounter is a note on door that masks are required! We are all for that & all employees we saw were wearing one. They even have an additional table between the desk & us to provide the required spacing. The credit card machine is on the table so they never touch your card. Quintin at the front desk was very friendly (think he might be new as someone was watching him.) Registration went very smoothly & he noted our Spire status. The room was spotless but very cold as they had set the temp at 50! We certainly will return the next time we need the airport.
