I wish I could give a 3.5 rating instead of having only whole numbers to choose from, as our experience was better than "average" but not "very good." We stayed at this property in September (East tower) and again in October (West tower). Our room in East was far superior, with better appointments and finishes plus a view. The West room had a view of a concrete rooftop, a much smaller bathroom, and a far lesser seating set up, plus it was somewhat dark and cave like. To clarify, we booked exactly the same kind of room both times, so they should have been more comparable. The pool area was nice, and the towels were good quality, but I wouldn't call it luxurious. Some staff were pleasant and helpful, while others were clearly put out by having to interact with guests. We ate at a couple of restaurants--recommend Council Oak and do not recommend whatever the ghastly noodle bar is called. We will stay again, but only in the East tower.

The Casino that’s the big draw. hospitality is mediocre The room I reserved using the code ROH I asked for a king no smoking On arrival it was a Queen or a smoking king the agent would not budge. And they were not sold out ,no hot water disappointed. Maintenance called the room at 530 am woke us up telling us they want to come check the hot water problem “really”?

Can be a bit costly but it was an enjoyable stay. The pools and exercise room was very nice. Plenty of restaurants to choose from but for the price and convenience I would recomend the Rise to eat at. Rooms were clean and large. Ask for rooms facing the pool areas for a nicer view.

So these rotten pieces of chip are rude ungrateful overpriced and careless with all aspects including booking your room good luck making a reservation as they will downgrade it not tell you and charge you forB the better room you thought you had! Also the table game stakes are unreal and the dealers are all properly “trained” in counting the deck that’s for sure and if you do win the dealer gets replaced with someone who definitely know how to quickly take it all and as for slots I’ve had my big wins here and there but you’d think $200 in a slot you get something even free sins but nope , as me being part Cherokee I would rather be pilgrims than these heartless criminals

A lot of the hotel / casino restaurants are closed during the daytime on weekdays since Covid started so it doesn't leave a lot of places to choose from for a weekday lunch. We do not care for the Hard Rock Restaurant menu, so we decided to have lunch by the pool. It's nice that they have both tables that are "outdoors" and tables that are under cover but still out in the open with some cooler air blowing. Plus, there is plenty of space between tables. We each had the Lobster Roll and were pleasantly surprised as it was much better and larger than we expected and came with a large portion of Waffle Fries. It was made like a true lobster roll should be.....claw meat and chopped celery in light mayonnaise on a toasted bun on top of a bed of lettuce. There was plenty of lobster meat, so much it was hard to keep in the sandwich. For tourist, hotel poolside food, is was extremely good. The bill for 2 Lobster Rolls, a very good Bloody Mary and a Draft Yuengling before tax was only $66. Not bad considering what we got and where we were eating. We would definitely return.
