We stayed in the Sweetheart room for one night while allowing a new dog sitter to become accustomed to our pet. The room is small, but the bed is king size and comfortable. The bathroom is lovely although the jacuzzi was missing faucets and had levers until faucets are installed. The rooms were clean and we understood that work is... More

Nice staff and free bottles of water in a great location. Beyond that I'd not stay here again. It's as clean as it can be, but you can only clean old, stained, worn, beat up rooms so much. The shower water pressure was literally just a little better than a trickle. The window air conditioner tried hard, but it was... More

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I payed $170 to sleep in a rundown room, with dirty floors, a lumpy bed, and to top it all off, I couldn't even take a hot shower in the morning. I really hope that by writing this review I can save someone else time and money and a... More

Here's the deal - you need a place to stay in the area, right? You don't necessarily expect 5-stars but you definitely cannot endure anything below 2-stars. Sound familiar? I booked this hotel through Booking.com and had a different idea in mind of what I thought the boutique hotel should be like. The parking was free - lots of spaces... More

I stayed at the Hyde Park Hotel in Tampa for two nights in January 2015. I would not stay there again. On the positive side, the room rate was modest and the hotel offers free off-street parking. It also has free Wifi and is located in a somewhat interesting area with upscale shops nearby.. On the negative side: 1. The... More

Soho is a fun spot to hang out in Tampa, but there aren't many places to stay that are walking distance. This hotel was a great find. I was very skeptical of the $70/night cost. For the low price we had a very tiny room with a tiny kitchen and small bathroom. I feel I paid the right amount for... More

Great location, a quick walk to South Tampa's bar and restaurant scene. The rooms are suitable; clean, decent size and are a great value given the location. Parking is included as well. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Enjoyed the Hyde Park Hotel. The location is great, beds are very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. It was like staying with family. They have done a nice job in turning a old (2 stories) building into something unique to the area. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars for when you want to go out and a small... More

Of course, the price attracted me but I expected way better than what people said about this hotel. It wasn't that clean, a little old, no elevator, the aircon was so old and noisy. The only thing great was its location, if you're a young adult willing to go out at night (lots of bars and restaurants around).
