Disgustingly dirty. I liked the staff. Hotel _Unclean._ Dirty. Not a little dirty. No privacy in sliding glass bathroom. _Extremely_ poor design functionally. No place in shower to put things down on bathroom surfaces. Smells like pot. As you can see from my number of stays over the past year, I like Bonvoy/Marriott hotels. If I get another room like the room at Duval Tallahassee I will stop using Bonvoy for my team, and all of my future USA tours. This room has made me loose trust in Bonvoy. Amazing staff that were incredibly nice, although I interacted very little.

Great location! Loved the rooftop views and bar. The location made it easy to go in several directions with our activities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Super convenient to have a great restaurant also! Will stay here again.

This is a tired hotel with a bizarre room layout and a shower stall floor that is akin to walking on a stony UK beach. Staff seems to want to be helpful but they really weren’t. There’s an Aloft across the street. Nuff said. Food choices are limited within walking distance.

WH - thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback. We are awaiting approval from Marriott Design on a total renovation to begin later in the year. It is anticipated to be a total renovation and not just a 'refresh', so many things will change. "Staff seems to want to be helpful, but really weren't". No counter space in the bathroom to put anything. Just a glass curved sink. Waterfall shower that made showering while trying not to get my hair wet very unpleasant. NO lighting. I could barely see what I looked like when I was getting ready. Two see through sliding glass doors that closed off a corner of the room as the bathroom. Weird rubber stone on the floor of the shower. Made me feel gross like it was dirty. AC wouldn’t function right so I unplugged it to get it to stop running. It was so loud. Staff was nice and the place was clean. That’s the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one.

So the first thing I’m going to say is that the entire staff goes out of there way and were great, helpful, courteous. We had a drink at the bar on the 8th floor was nice and lively. The hotel has seen its best days, needs a do over ASAP. Like I said for a layover it’s alright, that’s what it was for us.

The hotel was cool but the valet made the experience. Christian gave me great recommendations and activities to do around the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner places inside the hotel. The drinks upstairs were good, cool rooftop as well

This hotel has never failed. The staff at the hotel is unbelievable, including the valet. Christian and Jager gave a list of restaurants around the area to eat. The front desk was warm and welcoming, making the stay so much better. Lots of places to visit in the area, it was a great time!

Very amicable and profesional staff! Will definitely come back when I go to Tallahassee. They also have Shula’s 347 Grill at the lobby. Very good food as well as a good service. I will recommend this hotel.

We stayed here in Nov and hotel was all around great hotel and service. Ate at restaurant in hotel and was excellent. Also had a complementary drink up on the eighth floor. Valet had good customer service. Clean and good amenities. Will stay again.

This is a Nice spot that is conveniently located near Florida State University campus. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows. The staff was very friendly. Christian the valet was super helpful with recommendations around town. They have a nice restaurant on site and a bar.
