Day 1 Checked in went ok, went to room and decided to upgrade to a bigger room. Went to front desk and no problem getting upgrade. Went to that room and about an hour later my son used bathroom and toilet backed up. Called front desk and they said they would be right up. Waited about 5 min and opened door to front desk worker handing me a plunger telling me the maintenance crew went home and I had to plunge it myself. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. Day 2 Woke up to the floor next to bed by bathroom wall flooded called front desk and they put us in another room, we had a wedding rehearsal that morning so we switched rooms when we got back. Called down looking for pull out bed linens. They brought up sheets and blanket but no pillows. Called front desk and they said they where in dryer and they would bring them up when done. Left for dinner and got back around 8pm and guess what no pillow, called front desk and was told they had no pillows and would have to wait till Monday morning to talk to manager. Day 3 No issues Day 4 Checked out Later found out they charged us for first room and again the upgrade room and manager will not take calls or call us back…
Nice location, easily accessible. Room was good sized and had ample sitting room for reading or working before bed. Bed was very comfortable. A little disappointed in breakfast but I guess they are doing the best they can due to the Covid-19 krap.
I would like to take time out of my schedule to thank Mrs. Deidre Yy for amazing customer service. She was exactly who I needed to see after such a long day. She takes pride in her work and delivered EXCELLENCE. Keep it up you’re going places! Thank you
I am not one to write many reviews, but I was really blown away by the staff at this hotel. We just stayed for a quick night on our drive to Orlando on Christmas night, but they made a big impression. Overall the hotel was clean and room was nice. However, the guy at check-in was just very friendly. I asked for dinner recommendations on Christmas Day and he had several places on hand to give. Also, we needed some extra sheets and he had them ready for us when we got back from dinner. He was just above and beyond what was expected for a normal day, and this was a guy working Christmas Day. The next morning the lady up front was also over the top friendly and just made you feel special, and she had no idea I was a gold member. The breakfast attendant was great too. To the manager hopefully reading this, you have some outstanding staff and they definitely deserve a Christmas bonus. (P.S. just if your wondering, no they did not ask me to write a review)…
Stayed overnight with my husband and teen. Good beds, quiet and cold A/C. Fairly friendly staff. We ordered Dominos pizza for delivery and they were super fast! Next door to a Village Inn, which was a great breakfast! We would stay again.
