Flawless contemporary execution of tier 1 luxury hospitality, the Four Seasons at the Surf Club is easily the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. Location, design, personality, service and food are the perfect blend of what Miami has to offer. With a bit of luck, you'll be able to spot Richard Meyer, a permanent resident and the architectural mastermind behind the property, at the beach. Speaks for itself.

There is a lot to love about this hotel. It is really beautiful, and the rooms are huge and super clean. However, even though the service was good, it wasn’t great. Since I was expecting great, I was disappointed. We have been spoiled, I guess, by the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, where the service is so good we gladly spend extra money there and enjoy doing it. At the Four Seasons Surfside we felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth. It was extremely expensive but did not deliver the joy that other, even less expensive hotels deliver. We have had better, more joyous experiences at Disney hotels at a third of the price. I’m not saying that we had a bad time because we didn’t. We had a really lovely time. All I’m saying is that the hotel did not meet our expectations and we probably would try a different hotel next time. …

Loved the Four seasons surf club in North Miami. It was nestled in between Four Seasons high rise residences. Excellent customer service and each Four Season property is consistent. Champagne upon arrival and private tour of the hotel. Champagne bar was designed with green and tropical decor. Stunning architecture! Walk access to the beach with private cabana and food and drink service. 2 pools and Thomas Keller restaurant onsite - Surf Club. The room had floor to ceiling windows. Touches of brass decor everywhere you turn in the hotel. Gift shop onsite, gym and spa. Absolutely love this beachside property.

Beautiful property and very nice staff, but overpriced for the experience during off season. Some rooms don't have balconies (my fault for not understanding this at booking) and upgrades are expensive--even during off season and a hurricane, when the hotel seemed empty? There's limited dining on the property. Spa was nice (also overpriced) but construction outside was a bit odd w/ people working right outside the lounge windows where you sit.

This stay was December 2019. We had a wonderful view, upgraded room. This is by far one of the nicest Four Seasons properties. We loved the morning breakfast, (inside or outside), and the pool was extremely welcoming and the staff were excellent. The Spa was outstanding, and we had a lovely spa attendant who went above and beyond to make this a special day. The Turkish Hamman was fantastic! The Champagne Bar is gorgeous, with great staff. Loved every minute of this trip. thank you.

I surprised my husband with a one night stay at this hotel. We left feeling like we had stayed for an entire weekend. We ate at both restaurants and had cocktails at the beautiful champagne bar. We spent time on their beach and used their spa. We even walked on the groomed beach path before our spa services. Amanda, at the front desk, was wonderful. She made us feel welcome and was attentive to all of our needs. Our room was meticulous, we were welcomed with a personal touch for my husband's birthday. All of the staff that we encountered at the Champagne Bar, the beach, the lobby were courteous and attentive and positively added to our overall experience there. The staff remembered our names, very personal and appreciated.

Four seasons just excels at making you feel special. We were here over July 4th weekend to get away. We had a corner room with a view of both the bay and the ocean and it was spectacular. The balcony was huge and the shades pulled back with one press of a button. The breakfast was amazing. I had the best French toast I've ever had and this being vacation, I had it two days in a row. The pool areas were large. The beach was clean and chairs were plentiful. We didn't love the Surfside restaurant, but apparently they are only physically on the grounds and an operate entity, but hotel management addressed this anyway. Thats what I love about this brand. They make you feel like they care.

Fantastic hotel - great restaurants and bars, and the pool area is really nice. We went with 3 generations and everyone enjoyed. We were upgraded our room. The kids loved the gelato station and the kids club is clean and calm. A great trip
