This place is AMAZING! Everything you could ask for and more We fished off the dock and caught barracuda and snapper, took the kayak and went snorkeling, short drive to Key West Troy asks that you mail a check for the place. Sounds scary but no worries with those great people! Don't hesitate! Mail the check. Returning at Christmas!!!!

Came down to go fishing with my friend and wanted to stay somewhere nice. This place was perfect! Outstanding location, the pictures don't capture the beauty! Every amenity, private and very clean. If you want to get away from it all but be close enough to restaurants and Key West festivities this is the spot. Troy and Carol could not... More

Loved this secluded stay with a private beach. There are four houses in this five acre gated estate. Loved the caretakers and how they treated us. Even made us a homemade Key Lime pie. Will go again. Nice 500 ft pier to fish off of as well as a great grotto pool with hot tub for all houses. The Conch... More

We loved our visit. The view and privacy are second to none. We had comfortable beds, kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals, lots of extras to enjoy snorkeling, biking, water toys available for use. Carol and Troy were wonderful hosts. They have their rules, but they are really fair and no problem to follow. While... More

I had booked my trip so far in advance what a big disappointment first of all Carol came up to me and stated she did not know that my sister and her husband were joining us ( well apparently I just paid extra for nothing) she embarrassed myself and my boyfriend said it was terrible that she said that without... 2 months ago we enjoyed a week of relaxation and beautiful surroundings in Palm Villa at Sea Vista Estates. I still savor every memory of that perfect vacation getaway. We hope to return again when we crave sun, sand and downright pampering! Troy and Carol were the perfect hosts and Julio and Lorena were an absolute Godsend! Nice breeze, sunny... More

Stayed at Sea View estates again this year ( 3rd year with Troy and Carol ) , this is a two house complex 400 yards from Seavista . As I've come to expect from staying with Troy everything is clean and well equipped ,the gardens around the accommodation are beautifully tended and it was amazing watching the wildlife that inhabits... We stayed in the Conch Cottage and it was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The property is like the tropics in the country! It is tucked away in such a private location, you feel like you are all by yourself. We spent the majority of our time outside on the deck/beach, so warm and inviting. Kayaking for... More

I don't want to give a glowing review because when I want to come back I want there to be room for us! What a wonderful place to stay! My teen daughter and I stayed in Conch Cottage which was perfect for us. There are four houses in this gated community, all right on a private beach. You are about... More
