Such a beautiful property with our own private beach! The owners are amazing! Stocked our refrigerator with fresh chicken and duck eggs, a bottle of champagne and a homemade Key Lime pie. We have everything we need!!!!

I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing stay we had at the Sea View Estate over the holidays. Our family rented both homes and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be together during this time of year. The owners Troy & Carol were extremely helpful with not only local knowledge but if we needed anything...

Friendly, laid back vibe with awesome ocean front location. Troy and Carol, the owners, made sure our visit was perfect. Champaign was waiting for us in the fridge. Fresh fruits gown locally on the property were provided. Carol baked us a Key Lime pie and brought us the local paper every morning. Beautiful sunrises. Lots of kayaks available for use....

My husband and I were looking for a quiet exclusive place to stay on the beach for our vacation and we found the perfect place! We expected it to be a nice beautiful place but this place was well beyond our expectations. I have traveled many places and have never encountered such remarkable hospitality. From the nice surprise of fresh...

My wife and I had the good fortune to find Sea Vista Estates when looking for a place near Key West to escape. The owners are most accommodating and easy to work with for our late arrival. Arriving late in the evening we were greeted and shown to our house and all questions were answered. Fresh eggs and condiments along...

Another great time at Sea Vista Estate. The amenities are great and the hospitality of Troy and Carol cannot be beat. Sunrises are gorgeous, property is clean, and the place has privacy. Troy/Carol gave great suggestions on where to go and what to see, along with what what restaurants to eat at that are "where the locals go". A couple...

This place is AMAZING! Everything you could ask for and more We fished off the dock and caught barracuda and snapper, took the kayak and went snorkeling, short drive to Key West Troy asks that you mail a check for the place. Sounds scary but no worries with those great people! Don't hesitate! Mail the check. Returning at Christmas!!!!

Came down to go fishing with my friend and wanted to stay somewhere nice. This place was perfect! Outstanding location, the pictures don't capture the beauty! Every amenity, private and very clean. If you want to get away from it all but be close enough to restaurants and Key West festivities this is the spot. Troy and Carol could not...

Loved this secluded stay with a private beach. There are four houses in this five acre gated estate. Loved the caretakers and how they treated us. Even made us a homemade Key Lime pie. Will go again. Nice 500 ft pier to fish off of as well as a great grotto pool with hot tub for all houses. The Conch...
