We go to the Palm Bay club once a year. The beach is beautiful and most of the units are very well furnished and clean. Our unit had a gorgeous beach front view and the kitchen was very well stocked. This is a condo not a hotel so keep in mind there is no on site hotel or restaurant. My only issue with this stay was that the front desk was incredibly rude. If you don’t enjoy what you do for a living I would recommend a career change. People come on vacation to relax and get away not to be yelled that or talked down to. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident. If it wasn’t for the rude Front desk manager I would’ve rated this five stars.

we enjoyed palm bay club, except for the fact my mom is disabled and we was unaware that there was no golf cart rentals allowed in their resort, so she was pretty much stuck indoors, unless we sat outside! The condo was average nothing fancy, the pools were nice, we stayed on the bay side which was relaxing, about 1.5 blocks to the beach or you could drive over and park! We would stay here again if they allowed golf carts! Our host was very helpful and she was great at any questions I had! Her condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed!

This is my first time staying in Siesta Key though I’ve been coming to this area for 20+ years. I will definitely come back. This property is very nice and well maintained. Check in was efficient and pleasant. The unit we stayed in (#94) is updated, clean, quiet, and has all the things we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels and toilet paper provided as well. We spent time on the open air covered balcony and at the small inside dining table by the window because of the incredible views of the beach and nightly sunsets. The only thing I didn’t like about the unit was the little chandelier in the bathroom. It hangs too low and I kept hitting it every time I raised my arm for anything. As far as the property goes, my only dislike is the location of the pool. It’s next to the office at the entrance. If you’re here for the beach, this is a great location. If you enjoy a nice pool near the beach like I do, then you’re out of luck. Overall, this property is definitely worth a stay.

My husband & I have stayed at the Palm Bay Club the last four years. This February we stayed in a two bedroom unit in the tower. We were not as pleased this year. We thought the customer service at the office was not very good. Upon check-in I asked if I could have a second parking pass for my family; they were coming in the second week. I was told no because they were at full capacity. However, over the two weeks we were there, there were always empty parking spaces & we rarely saw anyone on the tenth floor. I asked for additional beach towels for my family at the office. Instead of just asking me how many I needed, they said there should have been some in the closet. There were only two. My point is they didn’t need to interrogate me. In addition, the elevators were broken down several times again this year. Twice we had to walk up ten flights of stairs. Also, there was a light hanging down over the kitchen island. The unit was lacking in coffee cups & there was only one small frying pan & no pizza pan. Was our stay terrible? No, it was ok, but for the price I paid, there should have been no issues. I talked to several couples on the beach who were surprised how much more I was paying. I have a different place booked for next year & will be paying $1800 less, & this place looks newer & recently remodeled. Also, if you book through VRBO, you can get your money back. At the Palm Bay Club, they won’t refund your money & suggest you take pricey travel insurance. I see no reason to return to the Palm Bay Club.

Traveled to Palm Bay with family last week, it was a wonderful resort! 2 pools and hot tub on bay side. We were in unit #128, everything was nice. Only thing I would update for future guests is to replace blinds in master bedroom with room darkening blinds. We didn’t sleep well as lights from walkway kept us up at night. Other than that would stay again
