Loved the Beach Club and our room was overlooking pool very nice, however, our intentions were to enjoy the No 1 Beach Siesta Key. Once we finally found our access the minute we arrived “the beach patrol lady” stopped us and told us we can not sit there because it was private property on both sides and we had to go pass yellow flags which we obeyed but that section was small and crowded everyone seem to be on top of each other so we left and enjoyed the pool instead which was great. Spoke to another guest she said she experienced the same at the beach. So to say the least, getting some R&R at the beach did not happen at all very disappointing. We booked per beach description of resort.

We stayed from 9/12-9/16 unfortunately we stayed when Sally was churning in the gulf and dumbed copious amount of rain on Siesta Key. The road on both sides of the hotel floods and in order to go to the beach you have to wade thru ankle deep water. Even when it didn’t rain the Hyatt which is directly in front of the Beach club would drains water into the road and flood the street. The hotel offers two pools, one which is in a courtyard and is actually lovely, except for rude, loud obnoxious people with large floats in pool. There had obviously been a party that got out of hand as there was pool furniture inside of pool which my brother-in-law fished out in the afternoon, (hotel staff??) The rooms are ok and pretty well stocked with the essentials, however do not take their word that everything has been sanitized as we found dirty knives and cups. DO NOT leave anything out as there are Germán roaches in the kitchen. Unfortunately for us our A/C was not cooling and late at night, my husband quickly found that the a/c was clogged and was able to temporarily fix it. We checked out on 9/16 as we decided not to stay extra days. When we checked out I informed the front desk of issues with roaches and A/C. The response was “Oh I wish you would have let us know (management) before hand”. no I am sorry for the inconvenience or how can I make it better for next stay..... I don’t know anything. Then she proceeded to charge me $25 for a loss Key, which yes we loss and they took 3 hours to open the room. Considering the above mentioned I believe they are lacking in customer service and guest experience and I will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel again.

This is our first time staying at Siesta Key and weren’t familiar with this type of property. The manager called us the day of check-in to tell us our room was ready-so very nice. We were in 104 right across from the Hyatt. The place was clean and easy. It was steps from the private entrance to the beach which meant less crowds. Easy social distancing. We did not use the pools and were disappointed that we didn’t have a place to sit outside-(Our building only has private sitting areas) we had a two bedroom/ two bath for three people. Plenty of space! The decor is a bit dated and some things are falling apart or need work but location and cleanliness were perfect. The only cons were-only a small area on the beach was designated for this property and the beach chairs and umbrellas have to be carried to the beach-they are standard beach chairs and umbrellas missing pieces. It would be nice to rent or have available lounge chairs and working umbrellas. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here 4 out the last 5 years and it has been nice. Same unit every time. We keep to ourselves, clean up after ourselves and expect politeness. This morning me and the boys went down to the pool to take a swim and we were in between cleaning our pool towels. The desk clerk was away from the desk but showed up at the pool. I very politely asked her if we could have three pool towels and she quoted the policy “we are asking you to wash your pool towels” and I explained the situation. Then I asked if I could get three pool towels she said yes and after cleaning the pool for another 20 minutes left the pool area. I was hoping she would return with our towels but she never did. Wild crowds beer bottles all over the driveways. We will probably look for more inviting accommodations next year. Price that we paid demands a little more respect even during these uncertain times

Stayed in 106D. Very clean and spacious unit. Decorated very nice and has all essentials. Kitchen stocked & plenty of towels. There is two pools to use. No car needed at the Beach Club. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Walked to restaurants & bars. 711 is down the street for anything you may need. Trolley is available to take you to the village. Beach Club supplies umbrellas and beach chairs. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at the Beach Club for future trips.
