Me & my fiancé saw this pre owned 5th wheel for sale on the website looking in pristine condition that we’ve had an eye for a while. While speaking with a salesman for over a week prior to coming to Florida, we were never notified of any damages. We decided to drive 16 plus hours from Texas to view the 5th wheel & make a weekend trip in Florida in our new travel trailer. We showed up to this location to find out that it had multiple damages, and off the bat did not seem to want to offer any help of any kind. Please keep in mind this is our home we’re purchasing…. The salesman Mike never apologized while we were clearly upset, he said “I found out about this damage this morning myself” the managers (didn’t get his name) first response was “do you want your money back or what is it that you want from us” so with a reaction like that it was obvious there wasn’t going to be any solutions to genuinely help us out there. It started to feel like it’s your fault for not asking the salesman questions rather than let’s figure something else out since you’re spending your so much of your savings. Taking our kindness & going back home to Texas.…
We have stayed at Lazydays every year during our Winter travels and always look forward to a few days or a week in the resort. The park has a great pool, lots of RV's to tour and the free breakfast is a bonus. Our only disappointment is with the terrible wifi in the park! For a quality resort we would expect to be able to at least get the internet at our site. This year we made arrangements for a full wash and wax at the resort through Sundial Detailers and are very pleased with the job they did and the end result.
We were here about 4 years ago and just had to come back. We love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food they serve is delicious. I would recommend Lazydays to anyone that is visiting Florida
Stayed at Lazy Days RV Resort for the first time. We live within 15 miles so seemed pretty useless to do so previously. We attended a reunion that occurred. Some attendees camped and some stayed in the Radisson Hotel on property. The first complaint from our event would be how large the property is I total which means the hotel is about 1/4 mile away and the place where the “free” breakfast was served was about 1/2 mile. Walking those distances could be an issue for some people. The reunion had arranged catered meals at the Rally Center in the campground and those were fine. But of course the folks staying in the hotel were inconvenienced again by the spread out nature of the whole property. On that same note while the campsites were all fine we were unable to have campers with 40’+ size units and campers with less than 40’ units close together. We were not offered an area that allowed all size units close together. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. The staff were helpful and polite and dealt with the influx of hotel folks (cars) as it occurred. Trying to shuttle people back and forth was a challenge and that meant many of our hotel folks just brought their cars and left them wherever. But not for long periods of time. Overall the best possible outcome for an event held during COVID times. Thanks Lazy Days.…
We stayed at Lazy Days for two nights with friends. This was not our first visit to Lazy Days. It is one of our favorite places to stay when we want to "chill out". They have a great pool area with access to the Exit 10 Restaurant and Bar via the take out window. We took full advantage of their Happy Hour specials! :) Our site was clean and maintained. We made our reservations via phone and check in was very easy....thank you Heather! We will camp here again when in the area....or will make a special plan to be here!
After many years of staying at Lazy Days campgrounds their taking care of details and services have declined. Our site was dirty and the sewer port was clogeg and overflowed while doing laundry. Complained and they did not report it ffg or service. Most campgrounds have increased prices but none as much Lazy Days. They have a great community room but did not bother to open it. Not the same Lazy Days and we have found a better place to stay in the future.
We just returned from our vacation and we had a ball. Employee's are very friendly and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Exit 10 restaurant is still nice and clean and had great food. Spot needs a bit of additional cleaning. They mow but don't weed it. Weeds are growing over the asphalt and that leaves very little walking around space. Better care needed with the spots. The breakfast is good.
The campground was great with trees and full hookups. The Exit 10 restaurant and pub was great for meals or drinks. They had a happy hour. Our server Mary was fantastic. There was a great pool and children's activities. It was next door to Lazy Days RV Park which we were visiting and there was a shuttle over to it. The free breakfasts were a perk.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool. Exit 10 restaurant convienient with good drinks and food. Chef met us for feedback. Lazy Days RV next door. Brought our brand new trailer here for our first camp experience. Reassuring to be close to sales and service in case something went wrong. All went very well for us and our 2 dogs. Breakfast vouchers given to wife and I for 2 days which was very nice.
If you are purchasing a new rig from Lazy Days I highly recommend to stay week at the campground to make sure you have no issues with your new Rig. They will come and pick it up and take over to service area. Ecit 10 restaurant has great Pizza and wings just wish ut was open 7 days a week. Great pool and activities for the kids. Definitely would come back
