I booked a night for Saturday night and talked to a front desk representative named Sara. I just told her I got married, and she congratulated me and was very accommodating and made my stay pleasant. The Hyatt is a great place to stay, nice pool and great people working there. Sara at the front desk is great and should be recognized for her great customer service.!!

I stayed here once before but did not remember doing so. The location is nice. But they are still doing construction in front of the hotel from 3 years ago. The bellman started things off on the wrong foot for us by demanding that we bring back the luggage carrier down to the ground floor after we brought our luggage to our room - go get it yourself. Nice welcome! No offer to bring our luggage up to our room…. The bathrooms are the smallest I’ve ever seen in any hotel anywhere- that alone will keep me from ever staying here again. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Just more downs then ups in our visit. It really shouldn’t be a Hyatt Regency

Overall, we had a great stay. Pool was refreshing, food at hotel restaurant was decent, but the beds are firm with no give and the pillows collapse beneath you. We were offered free temp tattoos and Popsicles while poolside and that was a nice surprise.

This was my first time to Sarasota! The hotel and team there was absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the restaurant to the banquet team! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond! The pool is beautiful! Great hotel to stay at while in town!

We had a wonderful midweek getaway. Hotel is only a few miles from siesta key and very close to main street. We were greeted upon checking in with a weekly complimentary glass of wine and appetizers. Such a great surprise after a 2 hour drive. Susie our greeter was warm and full of great tips and advice on restaurants and attractions. Our room was clean with a nice water view. We will definitely be returning soon!

The hotel is exquisite, and the pool and spa area is absolutely gorgeous. The bartenders and staff are friendly and overly accommodating. I had an amazing weekend at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota. I will definitely be returning next year!

Very Nice Hotel and everything was as expected Staff some great some ok but this is the world today. We stopped at another hotel on the way and it just blew us away how we were treated and how perfect everything was so when we got to Hyatt it was nice but did not hold a stick to other hotels staff! Still very nice and as expected stay.

Great place for a get-away! We traveled in early September - albeit hurricane season, it was nice and quiet, with less travelers. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the room/building was clean, and the staff were friendly/helpful. Our little one loved sitting in the window nook of the room, overlooking the (awesome) view of the marina. At times, it was too hot for us to enjoy more outdoor activities in the town, so we were able to enjoy the hotel and its amenities (like waterfall swimming pool) during the day. Would definitely return for another vacation.
