The room was clean & pleasant. One complaint was that we were only provided 1 towel 1 hand towel and one wash cloth. Even the 2nd night only one of each. And there was no bathmat to step on when getting out of the shower. This could result in serious injury.

A nice clean place, although they advertise breakfast on weekends till 10, it was shut down at 9. Not a good sign. I hate to say it but they should let people know ahead that they aren’t delivering what they say they will. It’s only one thing, but when you get up expecting breakfast and it’s not there, it’s sorry

Will find another hotel to stay at the next time we visit the area. First room smelled of bleach and chlorine, second room was mold and mildew. I took our washcloths and wiped the floors down, it was obvious they hadnt been mopped in a while.
The beds werent comfortable.
One morning the office was closed with what wouldve been the free breakfast time.
The pool was dirty.

"This review is worse than Terrible on the above scale." This hotel should be condemned by the Florida and Sarasota Health Department. Due to heavy travel in the city, my booking agent booked me here for the one night...never again! Everywhere you look is disgustingly filthy, even in the public service areas of the vending and ice machines (all of which are terribly outdated. The elevators were filthy dirty and dangerous. The furniture in the room was badly scratched and damaged as well as the sofa fabric so stained I wouldn't put my clothes on it. The coffee maker was rusted out. The linens were worse that anything found in a prison. Soap package was the size of a postage stamp and not much thicker. There was a hole in the bathroom next to the tissue holder and the floors were the original in the vanity area. What a shame owners were too cheap to extend the nicer tile used in the living area. No breakfast as advertised, coffee in a thermos at most. The front desk advised me that I should park my car on the side of the hotel of my room...said most people like to keep an eye on the vehicle (suggested to me that maybe was not such a good neighborhood). I could write a novel, but hope someone will heed the warning NOT TO STAY IN THIS DAYS INN!

During my stay at the Days Inn hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety and was a delightful start to each day. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I checked in on 01/18/2023 around 6pm I did not notice anything out of the ordinary then.
I put my luggage in the room and went to dinner.
After returning from dinner, I started get ready for bed and pulled the bedding down and noticed that the mattress was wet.
I called the front desk to ask if they had another room and explained that the bed was wet. I was told that another room was not available. At this point I asked for a refund, because if they can’t provide me another room I can’t sleep here on a wet mattress. I was refused both another room and a refund. The front desk was not corruptive at all and did nothing to help my situation. At this point I checked out of the hotel and went to a deferent hotel.

I would not recommend this location at all. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The towels were all stained and looked dirty, not white at all. We asked for replacements and got the same type of dirty looking towels. The sheets were a dingy grey. We actually borrowed towels and sheets from a family member. There was a previous guest's personal item left in the shower. Unfortunately, we did not have an option to change to another location and we stayed there 3 nights. It was disgusting!

First and foremost, I am truly sorry about the condition of the towels and sheets in your room. Providing clean and fresh linens is a basic expectation, and it’s clear we did not meet that standard. Your description of stained and dingy towels, as well as sheets, is unacceptable. We will immediately address this with our housekeeping team to ensure all linens are inspected thoroughly and replaced if they do not meet our quality requirements. Additionally, I’m very sorry that you found a previous guest’s personal item in the shower. This oversight is inexcusable and highlights a gap in our cleaning process. I have shared your feedback with our housekeeping supervisor to ensure that all rooms undergo a detailed inspection before they are made available to guests. It is also disappointing to hear that you had to stay under such conditions for three nights without a viable alternative. While I regret that we couldn’t provide a better experience during your stay, I wish we had been able to resolve these issues more effectively for you while you were here. Close to airport. Don’t waste your money. The room was dirty & unnerving. The common areas were trashed & not picked up. The staff was friendly, but likely understaffed by the looks of it. The hotel washers & dryers were jammed full of towels, sheets, etc. I’m sure they couldn’t be getting clean.

The property was very run down and poorly maintained. The room was dirty with dirty sheets we had to request for them to change and even then bed sheets and pillows were stained. It did have a microwave and fridge which we appreciate since we brought our food and it was very close to the Lido Beach area which we were there to visit. It needs improvement for sure.

We did not stay here due to a $200 pet fee that was not mentioned on the web page, but was still charged for the stay. The front desk person was very rude and spoke very little english. I will never stay at another Windham owned hotel.

I believe that the response was related to availability for the pet space at time of arrival. We have selected pet rooms, mostly on the first floor and in the same common area, but however, we do have some select rooms on the second and third floors, also based on availability.
We have a required menu of a variety of breads, fresh hot oatmeal with toppings, cereal, make your own waffles, fruit of the day, yogurt, limited time boiled eggs (not a required item), and beverages. hope this helps.
