Very busy beach with Spring Break going on. Police on the beach and loud parties at night. Terrible compared to our past stays for that reason. The unit had some deficiencies but we were there for the amazing beach and sunsets. The pool was over packed and closed early. Very different from our visits years ago. The bbqs were not cleaned but a few were ok to use.

My sister and I stayed in Unit #211 at Midnight Cove in May 2022, and have already booked it for next year. The condo was very clean, absolutely beautiful, and exactly as described. There were plenty of large beach towels, making packing lighter. At check-in, the staff were very friendly and professional. The location of the resort is within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini golf, and Publix is a five minute drive. Bob Dye was quick to respond to all of our pre-stay inquiries. Crescent Beach is gorgeous, and we can’t wait to go back!

We have been coming to Midnight Cove since 1994 and probably have stayed 15-20 times . Generally we would rate the units as very good and a couple excellent. This year we stayed for two weeks in unit 624 on the Bayside and the condition of the property was fair . Specifically the screen door in the master bedroom was off the track and severally misaligned, a towel rack was falling off as was a toilet paper dispenser and one of the armed chairs in the dining room was falling apart making it dangerous to sit on. We brought the condo’s condition to management’s attention, specifically to Craig who said he would do an inspection . Two days later I talked to him in the office and he said “It (unit 624) needs work “ I asked if he would approach the owners for some compensation and he said he would . Two weeks later after not hearing anything I called the rental office and Alana ( not sure of spelling) answered the phone and told me Craig never told her about the conversation . She offered a $200 refund saying that all of the physical conditions we pointed out were minor . I didn’t feel that was fair on a $4,300 cost and said I will take it up with my credit card company…

Midnight Cove is a very well run vacation condo experience. The rental office staff do a fantastic job of responding to all questions and issues. The facilities are well maintained, the beach is beautiful, the location is excellent (right near the bridge, easy access to shopping).

This is a fabulous place to stay. The office staff is so accommodating. The rooms are lovely, and there are so many amenities I would highly recommend! The beach is very accessible and the Midnight Cove furnishes beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is lovely.

Midnight Cove provides a great escape from the grey cold Ohio winters. We stayed in a lovely, updated unit in building 9 overlooking Little Sarasota Bay. Midnight Cove's amenities are nice and a short walk to the private beach from the bayside. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We're all signed up to return mid January 2024.

We rented this beautiful end unit 940, it is a very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had a fab time and have stayed in this unit on many occasions, the couple that own this have it very well equipped with lots of plates and cutlery and glasses👍 We love it that much, we have already booked it for next year. The small criticisms that I have is that the bed settee is uncomfortable for sitting on, this may have seen better days 👍 But did not impact on our holiday and would recommend this apartment 👍 Thanks again !!! We stayed in the Midnight Cove in Siesta Key the condominium is well maintained and the landscaping all around is very nice to walk and relax. The pool was clean. Gym very little with few equipment but it worked fine to me. We stayed in apartment 722 an d we had a 5 minute walking k to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included and also kayak, paddle boards and other beach amenities to rent just there at the beach.. That was a plus because we did not need to go farther to rent these equipment. 5 minutes walking to little shops and restaurants, no need to drive and pay for parking $5 per hour. Rhe beach is the BEST in Florida. Our room had everything we needed 2 twins , 1 queen beds. All kinds of utensils in the kitchen. The only problem is the kitchen needs to be updated as well as the living room and dinning room furniture. They are very old , very much used and they do not give a good impression to the apartment. We visited other apartments and they looked nicer than 722. The bathroom needs to be updated too. The kitchen sink has mold all around it. I bought bleach spray to clean it. My adult family stayed in DovePlum 221 in early April at our favorite beach - Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. LOVED the size of the townhouse with a living room, two balconies, a large dining room and nice kitchen. Two upstairs bedrooms with 2 full baths accommodated everyone. Location (CHECK) on the gulf and easy access to Stickney Point with bars and restaurants definitely walkable. This part of Midnight Pass doesn't get the public beach traffic either. Facilities (CHECK) in good shape, clean, nice pool, washer/dryer in unit, grills to cook on. Recommendations: the fob system is a major hindrance with adults all going in different directions. Suggest using a keypad instead. The mattresses are soft and a bit saggy so new ones should be considered. Towels need to be upscaled, especially beach towels. Didn't know there were beach/pool floats and water chairs until the last day. And finally, MORE beach lounge chairs are needed. If every unit is entitled to 4 chairs, then 4 chairs should be available. If you aren't down to the beach by 10:30 a.m. you are SOL. Minor considerations would make this place PERFECT...it's close though!…

733F Midnight Cove II Beautiful bayside condo on 3rd floor. Walk up 3 flights, no elevator. Parking in front of unit. Nice balcony view of pool and bay. Kitchen had all necessary kitchen appliances, flat screens in living room and bedrooms. Did have iron/ironing board with a blow dryer in each bathroom. After signing contract found out unit had 1 set of towels for each person, one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. We took extras. Unit had 6 beach towels , 2 beach chairs and other beach accessories. Short walk across street to beach. Laundry room couple minute walk from unit. 1.50 washer/dryer and we had r own detergent. Only concern was firm beds and noisy box springs. Walking distance to Captain Curt’s restaurants and shops. Easy to catch free shuttle to Siesta Key Village. Beautiful well maintained resort. Friendly residents and tourists. Would recommend staying at this resort.…
