Beautiful bayside condo on 3rd floor. Walk up 3 flights, no elevator. Parking in front of unit. Nice balcony view of pool and bay. Kitchen had all necessary kitchen appliances, flat screens in living room and bedrooms. Did have iron/ironing board with a blow dryer in each bathroom. After signing contract found out unit had 1 set of towels for each person, one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. We took extras. Unit had 6 beach towels , 2 beach chairs and other beach accessories. Short walk across street to beach. Laundry room couple minute walk from unit. 1.50 washer/dryer and we had r own detergent. Only concern was firm beds and noisy box springs. Walking distance to Captain Curt’s restaurants and shops. Easy to catch free shuttle to Siesta Key Village. Beautiful well maintained resort. Friendly residents and tourists. Would recommend
staying at this resort.

We went on a trip the week after Christmas. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The grounds were beautiful. We stayed in room 711 across the street from the beach access, we were on the first floor and could walk right out to the bay. The pools were clean, there were several grill and picnic areas, tennis courts and chairs and umbrellas were provided on the beach.

My sister and I stayed in Unit #211 at Midnight Cove in May 2022, and have already booked it for next year. The condo was very clean, absolutely beautiful, and exactly as described. There were plenty of large beach towels, making packing lighter. At check-in, the staff were very friendly and professional. The location of the resort is within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini golf, and Publix is a five minute drive. Bob Dye was quick to respond to all of our pre-stay inquiries. Crescent Beach is gorgeous, and we can’t wait to go back!

This was our first stay and it was recommended by others. Initially everything seemed okay however it should mention in the details that this specific unit is 3 flights of stairs that are not lighted at night (husband fell). Having kids including and infant with tons of things was very exhausting trying to load it back and forth using the stairs. Never again staying on a higher floor unless it has an elevator. Another issue was trying to get a guest pass for my mom. I missed the email that had multiple links about the cdc guidelines for Covid 19. The very last link stated that they would not be giving out guest passes at this time. The other 10 emails I had all stated guest passes would be allowed if available and not a hidden link. This should’ve been told to us from the beginning. The 2 people we spoke to at the front office were extremely rude and called my husband a liar. They were extremely unprofessional. The place itself was okay, not worth the money we spent. The pool was warmer than the ocean so don’t expect to cool off there. The umbrella and beach chairs are a constant fight to see whom can reserve them first at 6am. They rules state no reserving chairs allowed however it’s not enforced at all. Some days depending on the chair person working the umbrellas were taken from us at 4:30 with no explanation leaving my poor kids without shade. They currently will not allow your own tent so that wasn’t an option either. You have to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and everything else that is essential. This was never sent in an email or told by the person I booked with over the phone. The main room was extremely hot compared to the rest of the house and we sweated all through the night. There is a coffee maker but make sure to get your own filters. I feel with the amount of money we paid that it would be a nice gesture to leave the guest some small items like coffee filters..the beds are not comfortable and the towels provided are like sand paper if you need some exfoliating. So with all of that info I think you could guess that we won’t be coming back. We decided to stay another week in Siesta but moving to a different and hopefully better location. Oh I almost forgot... there is no one monitoring social distancing as they claim and the one night we used the grill had over 30 people having a party/bbq. We didn’t see one person with a face mask, the grills haven’t been cleaned in the last 8 years because my husband burnt his eyebrow off from the huge fire that occurred. The food on the bottom of the grill caught fire and burnt our burgers. A person from the party had to run over to help with water. Look elsewhere if you want a relaxing place to stay.

We stayed in the Midnight Cove in Siesta Key the condominium is well maintained and the landscaping all around is very nice to walk and relax. The pool was clean. Gym very little with few equipment but it worked fine to me. We stayed in apartment 722 an d we had a 5 minute walking k to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included and also kayak, paddle boards and other beach amenities to rent just there at the beach.. That was a plus because we did not need to go farther to rent these equipment. 5 minutes walking to little shops and restaurants, no need to drive and pay for parking $5 per hour.
Rhe beach is the BEST in Florida.
Our room had everything we needed 2 twins , 1 queen beds. All kinds of utensils in the kitchen. The only problem is the kitchen needs to be updated as well as the living room and dinning room furniture. They are very old , very much used and they do not give a good impression to the apartment. We visited other apartments and they looked nicer than 722. The bathroom needs to be updated too. The kitchen sink has mold all around it. I bought bleach spray to clean it.
Other than that We were very please with our staying.

My family and I were looking forward to a week away from August 22 to August 29 and were excited to stay at Midnight Cove, having found a unit we liked and suited our group perfectly. On Thursday, August 20th I awoke to the news of a potential storm heading towards that area and I called to ask if I could reschedule. I was told no and was read the cancellation policy "verbatim." I knew what the policy said, I was asking for flexibility given the situation. I was told someone would look into it but when they called me back I was once again informed that they would not accommodate my request. There was plenty of availability for the week I was trying to reschedule to. It was only two weeks away. However, they were not willing to do a thing. I also sent an email using their "CONTACT US" option, trying once again to ask for some consideration. It has been more than 24 hours and no acknowledgment whatsoever. Luckily my credit card offers trip cancellation for benefits for this exact purpose and I have already filed the claim; I will not lose my money. For that reason I have already rescheduled for two weeks from now but definitely NOT AT MIDNIGHT COVE. In their policy it states no refunds or cancellations. I find it unreasonable that they DO NOT allow any rescheduling. So many other locations in the area actually have modified their policy given the current situation, allowing more flexibility than in previous times. Midnight Cove needs to look into this matter. This is just not good practice.

We rented this beautiful end unit 940, it is a very spacious and tastefully decorated.
We had a fab time and have stayed in this unit on many occasions, the couple that own this have it very well equipped with lots of plates and cutlery and glasses👍
We love it that much, we have already booked it for next year.
The small criticisms that I have is that the bed settee is uncomfortable for sitting on, this may have seen better days 👍
But did not impact on our holiday and would recommend this apartment 👍
Thanks again !!!

Midnight Cove provides a great escape from the grey cold Ohio winters. We stayed in a lovely, updated unit in building 9 overlooking Little Sarasota Bay. Midnight Cove's amenities are nice and a short walk to the private beach from the bayside. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We're all signed up to return mid January 2024.

Thank you so much for letting us help you plan your vacation! Midnight Cove does not allow smoking or vaping of any kind in the units. This includes inside the unit, lanai/balcony areas, stair/walk way or in any community areas (ie: pool or beach). The only authorized smoking areas are in the BBQ grill & picnic table areas. There are 3 designated areas on the property, located near building 4, building 5 and building 9.
