This place was most disappointing. Room was not very clean. Dirty pillow cases and old itchy blanket on the bed. Pillows were foam and old and was like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The shower ran out of hot water after one shower. Ants in the bathroom. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, or extra toilet paper was provided. Only...

My Wife and I vacayed at the Lido Islander Inn last late last August. Excuse the tardiness of this review but believe me neither of us will forget it! The lower level suite was very roomy, seemed at least 800ft. to me? A small but fully equipped kitchenette, very comfy bed, friendly housekeeping staff, and they do a fantastic job...

We have stayed here a number of times. No frills, but adequate! Quiet little spot close to the beach. There are various spaces depending on the size of your group. We stayed once with 6 of us, and now staying in a mini suite for 2!

Two weeks ago (Jan 9) we made a reservation on the Lido Islander website. We received a confirmation number and everything. I still have the printout. Over the next couple days we continued to go online and check reviews, look at pictures, get excited about our upcoming trip, etc., but noticed that our room was showing up as still available....

No doubt about it, the location is GREAT, but the apt. Was really run down, dark and dingy. The toilet paper roll holder had broken off the wall and was missing, the shower was rusty, the bed was okay but made loud noises when you moved. We had planned n cooking in the full kitchen, but it was lacking in...

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for a weekend. There are a few items that were not very clean. The floor had a very slippery/oily film on it as did the tub. We each used the towel to step out of the shower when we done but once we were on the tile it was even more slippery....

We were recommended to stay in St Armands Circle by a couple we met in Fort Myers. We found this hotel on booking.com and were not disappointed. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 7 minutes to St Armands Circle with a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was nicely decorated but is quite small...

Upon arriving, we noticed the AC wasn't working. We reported it and were transferred to a new room within ten minutes. Very much appreciated. Both rooms were extremely clean. The building is a SHORT walk to the beach, and about a minute drive to St. Armand's Circle, which consists of an array of restaurants and boutique shopping. Downtown Sarasota is...

The check in process is unusual but it works. Our 1st room had a broken ac and was very warm. But as soon as we reported it they moved us to another room. It was very comfortable. My only advice is if you like morning coffee, bring your own. There is a small coffee maker, but no coffee.
