We were lucky enough to arrive before the governor shut down check ins and are staying until at least May 2 depending upon the virus update. We couldn’t be in a better place. All guests and or owners practice safe distance and staff is constantly cleaning surfaces. We feel very safe and the beach has been magnificent. We Love this place!

Our month stay in E-6 at Pointe Santo was just as wonderful this last year! The condo was renovated last year and still sparkles, is comfortable and fully equipped. The grounds are lovely, the pool is clean and warm, the palm trees and lake beautiful, and it’s literally 25 steps off your lanai you the pristine beach for swimming, shelling, sunning, volleyball or just lounging on new beach chaises listening to the waves & watching for dolphins! We love it and will be returning for sure. Marlene, the owner, cares about our vacation experience and keeps close tabs on the management company. You won’t regret choosing this beautiful walkout, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with an office & pullout couch that comfortably sleeps 6-7 with large beautiful kitchen & Gulf View.

We at Pointe Santo are pleased you enjoyed your month long stay. As you stated, this unit owner really wants each of their guests to have the most enjoyable stay while vacationing at Pointe Santo. Marlene has done a fabulous job freshly renovating her unit. With new beach and pool lounges for all guests to use as well as the freshly redesigned landscaping, our children's activity program and much more, there's no other place like Pointe Santo on the island. Thanks for leaving your comments and we look forward to seeing you back again next year!

We stayed in E6 years ago, and it was a bit dated. When we decided to go back to Pointe Santo we looked up our prior booking and boy we were pleasantly surprised. E6 is now a bright, colorful, artfully decorated and thoughtfully designed place. Can't wait to go back. The owner is a dream to work with. Unique to this 2 bedroom is a charming little den with TV, stacking washer dryer, direct beach views.

Our week on Sanibel has ended and we had a wonderful time. Pointe Santo is a fabulous place to stay - the grounds are impeccably maintained. All grills are cleaned daily and are well positioned and convenient to all buildings. We stayed in D-1 and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of beach equipment and overall just an all-around comfortable place to spend a week. We did not use any televisions, but there are flat screens in each room with additional speakers for the living area TV. The WiFi worked well. The beach area was great - though we had beach chairs available to us in our condo, the resort also provides chaise lounges and umbrellas in the shady area adjacent to the beach. I would not hesitate staying here again. This is a great place!

We've been coming here since 1985, and the property never disappoints. The grounds are meticulously cared for, and the location couldn't be better. You're right on the Gulf for amazing sunrises and sunsets along with spectacular shelling. As the disclaimer on this TripAdvisor page says, the units are individually owned, so you need to make sure you're staying in one that is well tended and updated. Be sure your unit has a property manager who's accessible during your stay in case there's an issue. Once you find a unit you like, book a year in advance to reserve your spot. If you like wild parties and lots of noise, go someplace else. Sanibel isn't for you. But if you enjoy nature (67% of the island is conservation land) and friendly people, Sanibel has what you need.
