We have booked thru other condo resorts. Mainly sundial. For our 40th we decided to kick it up a notch. So much nicer. Not all the resort feel as SD but better kept grounds and facility. We will be back. Stay at one of the beachfront units. Top notch.

We have stayed in many different units over the years and we are always happy with Pointe Santo. The staff provides activities at the pool for kids, sets up volleyball and maintains the chairs on the beach. The view is beautiful with a lagoon and Gulf front access.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo area. The grounds were beautiful as well as the condo! From our balcony, which faced a well maintained lagoon, we could see the wonderful Gulf! We only had to walk a very short distance on a well laid out brick pathway to get to the Gulf. There was a great... More

We are concerned your trip did not meet your expectations. However, we researched your stay with the rental agent (David) and discussed some of the issues. Firstly, I am pleased to say the unit(s) were inspected by our pest control company and there were no bed bugs found in the units. Regarding the construction noise, all guests are made aware... Pointe Santos is a beautiful condo complex. My family and friends have ben coming here for years. This will be our last vacation to Sanibel. The Gulf of Mexico water 13 years ago was clear and you could see bottom at over 8 feet. Every year the water clarity has declined. Over the years the Gulf has become polluted by... More

Our family, from Memphis and Fort Myers, recently returned from a week out on Sanibel at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, B46. It was our first time staying at Pointe Santo and this unit. We were completely thrilled with both. Pointe Santo's grounds are very well maintained and offer lots of amenities for visitors. Offerings include tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool, a... More

We took our teenagers to Sanibel and stayed in the most beautiful, cozy, relaxing condo at Pointe Santo. Add in the pool, hot tub and a few steps away is the beautiful ocean and we started seeing teenage cell phones getting no attention! We talked...laughed...ate dinners together...it was magical! We rented bikes for the week...Pointe Santo is the perfect distance... More

Beautiful condo., Gulf front, fabulous beach, warm pool. What more could you ask for. The beach was not crowded at all and of course shells, shells, shells. Great food at the Island cow. We liked it so much we came home and rebooked for next year as well. Friendly people everywhere.

We rented unit E41 for 6 nights in August with our 13 yr old son. It was one of the most relaxing family vacations we've ever taken. Pointe Santo is not a newer complex but its family oriented, quiet, well maintained and has a nice layout and location. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and baths so we had plenty of... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your comments about your recent stay. We are thrilled you had a wonderful time with the family. We do receive some feedback regarding the size of our pool, however it's not overly crowded the majority of the year. Unfortunately, due to local density laws on Sanibel, we are unable to extend...
