I Stayed here after two days before that we stayed at The Henderson, Henderson is much better price for two nights was the same as the price at the Henderson. This place is a resort but not a very good one room was freaking hot, rooms are old and dated, pool is small for the size of pool no cabanas available on the beach and only had one person taking your orders at the beach, please people stop going to places like this we can get much better services, JW Marriot cant go wrong the Ritz can go wrong, The Henderson cant go wrong Hilton is over priced and does not deliver.
My husband and I decided to celebrate another anniversary with a long overdue vacation. With a little research, I found this hotel and booked our stay with a combination of Hilton points and dollars. We were lucky enough to snag a premium corner room in the spa tower. This location provided fabulous views of the resort and beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The A/C could keep our room cool in spite of the steamy Florida weather. During our stay, we took advantage of the convenient dining options at the resort. In particular, we enjoyed the Barefoot grill (located near the pools) and Seagar’s steakhouse. We ate breakfast at Sandcastle’s each morning. While it was our least favorite place to eat, the plentiful buffet enabled us to get a quick breakfast. The resort is located on a beautiful strip of gulf beach that is nothing short of gorgeous! The property (including all the pools and decks) is super clean and well kept. I also felt safe throughout the stay. We hope to return in the future!!…
Absolutely stunning property with over the top room that walked out unto a patio overlooking the ocean. House keeping and restaurant staffs were top notch. The food at the Sushi bar and Seagar’s was amazingly! Highly recommend!
This was our second stay and the location, room service, beachside drink service, shop, gym, and Starbuck coffee will likely keep us coming back but if the rooms are not updated as stated my management in other reviews we will be looking at other locations. Same as others, mold on bathroom ceiling (quickly rectified) but the entire stay I was missing home because I was not comfortable. One of the double beds had a dip in it. Fridge door was dragging the floor. Had a drain stoppage in the shower that had to fixed. Bedding had other people's strands of hair and pillow did not smell fresh. On checkout day while checking around beds for items I found an Sunchip which obviously meant there was a poor job cleaning from the prior stay (we did not eat Sunchips). We also notices mold around the AC vent. Knowing the hotel was completely booked I didnt push the issue of a room change. Serious room upgrades needed but also to ventilation and HVAC. Humidity in the room was also an issue. Overall, if rooms are upgraded we will return. The kids love the access to the basketball courts and we feel comfortable letting them venture on their own even at night.…
Everting you need in one place! Great location, beautiful beach and beautiful resort. We love the sushi restaurant and the pool bar. The kids love the ice cream/snack bar. Would like the hours to be extended but overall awesome family resort.
We arrived at the Hilton Sandestin with our extended family of 10. After arriving from the airport, we found that we had everything we needed for our beach vacation without leaving the resort! The restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. We enjoyed dinner by the pool and at the amazing Seagars. After previously reserving chairs at the beach, we enjoyed the ocean each day and the 2 pools. When the kids had too much sun, we swam in the indoor pool. The rooms were nice with built in bunk beds. Some of our family golfed across the street and enjoyed the course on the bay. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, and our room was cleaned each day. We appreciate that this resort is extremely kid friendly, even with an ice cream shop! There is also a Starbucks for adults, and a bar between the outdoor pools. Our stay at the Hilton was truly the easiest beach vacation ever!…
The Steak House was the only place where we can get a good service. we had an incident in the lobby bar area, we would like to open a bottle of wine that was a gift and even if we want to pay for the corck services they didn't allow us to do that, we spoke with the person in charge and he said we can't open this bottle there, it was Hotel rules. even if we was consumen foods and willing to pay for cork services.
I began coming with my parent when I was very young, and watched it evolve and grow beautifully. I brought my own children every summer at least once and now that they are in college they still love going to "The H" hotel (as they call it). There are so many activities for young children, my kids loved the programs and I loved the break. If you choose you can park once and never leave! Shuttles to BayTowne Wharf, miniature golf, tennis, you name it!
Excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean The balcony had an awesome view of the ocean. We enjoyed it very much. We had dinner on the beach and watched the sunset.
Hotel was decent but kind of dirty and run down in spots. $1300 for 2 nights is crazy. Hotel should be immaculate for that price and I would have been happy. Great location to the beach but room was kind of dirty, pool tiles broke, and low water levels in pools and hot tubs and the ice cream shop closes at 5 which seems crazy to me.
