We stayed at the Coral Reef for a week in November as part of an RCI exchange. Our unit was on the third floor with an ocean view to watch all the beach activities and the beautifil sunsets. Our unit was clean and neat and our only complaints were the AC was noisy and the dishwasher is long in the...

We were supposed to fly to Melbourne Fla and stay a week at our resort in Cocoa Beach Oct 8-15th but hurricane Matthew arrived Friday the 7th. While the area dodged a bullet for the most part we had to make a difficult decision to not go on vacation at all, or pay a hefty price to stay somewhere else....

Our first time here booked through Interval and at short notice only had a choice of three resorts in Florida for the week we were here. This resort seemed to tick all the boxes but: These are the negatives : The accommodation is very dated and in dire need of a facelift. I believe it is in the process of...

This was our first time. We were on the 6th floor facing the Gulf, what a view. The room was very nice and furnished well. The pool and landscaping are very nice. They have two pools and hot tubs, although we didn't use the hot tub, it was in the mid 80's. A few items that didn't sit well with...

Had room 105. Ceiling fan in living room ticked and the elevator was on the other side of the headboard so we heard that loud and clear. The worst night was Saturday. Thought it would never stop. Had to buy pillows at Walmart due to the pillows being about 10 years old. Flat as can be. Pool was cold. Room...

We did an RCI point switch to this resort. It is significantly cheaper than the resort where we own, so the cost to us was minimal. We have traveled the world and stayed in many places, so we know what to expect based on the point value of a particular resort. This resort is well worth the points cost. Keep...

In the last few years of coming here it was a hit or miss proposition, mostly misses. I am happy to say that the new pool area and upgraded patio are awesome, as is the improvement in security. They have gone to wristbands for guests and timeshare owners and this lets all who are supposed to be there separate from...

The AC was so loud when it kicked on it made me jump all night. I had the wonderful pleasure of sleeping on the old pull out coach which was very uncomfortable!! Pool was very nice but NO umbrellas anywhere, it was so hot we were seeking shade anywhere under the palm trees...what kind of hotel doesn't have umbrellas at...

Nothing special but does its job. Stayed in a lot worse places and stayed in a lot better places. Clean room, comfy bed, a place to eat and it is right on the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice pool. The only bad thing, which is not terrible, was the wash machine and dryer were not working properly. But when the...

Pros: Location is fabulous! Was dated but clean. Pool was the best in St. Pete. Cons: Front desk was not friendly nor helpful. They seemed bothered by simple requests. Almost annoyed a guest may ask a question. They definitely were not the highlight at all. Note to management: maybe find some new folks.
