The owner is very nice. He sells many day passes and has little time to keep the place tidy. Clothing optional makes it all worthwhile. Nothing for amenities within walking distance, and unless you go for the gay clothing optional feature, anyone would be disappointed.

Great location. The owners are gracious and accommodating. The guests, and locals utilizing day passes, are friendly. The pool is fabulous. It's a great place for a quick getaway or an extended vacation. Treat yourself.

The property is extremely ecclectic , with laid back Fla . atmosphere . The pool area seems to be a gathering spot for the local community . The room , was large , like a mini apartment , with 2 separate bedrooms . The bathroom , had terrific vintage charm , with great old tile and tub and fixtures. The continental was well stocked . Definitely a place to return.

Okay so I have visited the pool a few times and thought it would be nice on my vacation to get away for a few days so we rented the room for one night. After thinking about it I called the owner Brian and asked him if we could change to a day earlier and he made the change without a problem. Let me tell you that the moment we got here we regretted not renting for 2 days and so we called Brian and asked if it was possible to add and extra day he took care of it right away and added the extra day for us. The pool was so relaxing and being younger I didn’t know how the crowed would be but everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe and the Hospitality was 5 star to be honest I have stayed at some of the expensive name brand hotels and they have nothing on this B&B I will definitely be coming back again this was the most enjoyable relaxing trip we have had yet!

Understanding that staying at a gay owned business presents with differences and quirks from staying at a chain hotel, we have been open to always giving our travel dollars to gay owned businesses when we can. Sadly this place is the example of “phoning it in” for the gay dollar. We booked for the holidays and should have known from the lack of clarity in that process that things didn’t bode well. Responses were days behind when I asked about the pet policy or about adding days. However the real shock was in checking in. We were texted a room code but no explanation of how or where to find the room. We had to text the owner to figure that out. The best word I can use for our room is indifference in the set up. The carpets are stained, we found a drawer under a bed, power surge strips hang from the wall for use for chargers. I can go into details about suffice it to say that a cleaning product hasn’t seen our room in some time. As I write this is our fifth day here- we’ve made every attempt to be away as much as possible and make the best of the trip. However in five days we’ve seen no housekeeping or fresh linens (we finally went to target to buy some). But they’ve clearly left an envelope for tips when one checks out. Parking is limited and today appears to be full of the locals who buy day passes to use the clothing optional pool and hot tub. Again that’s a great benefit to the community but not at the expense of paying guests who can’t park nor get a lounge chair at the pool. Look the place was a good deal but I would happily have paid 25% more for some improvements and 50% more for some actual customer service. Avoid staying here - there’s potential and bad service would actually be better than the total indifference. The place has potential but a clothing optional pool isn’t a selling point for the gay dollar as far as I’m concerned. Hopefully the owners will invest in some cleaning supplies, some storage bins and scale back - but sadly o doubt I will return and strongly advise others to avoid the place.
