I cannot say enough about how wonderful our 5 night stay was at this B&B! The home itself is charming, with 5 unique rooms, and lovely details throughout. The location is also excellent, walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and entertainment. Our room (Cracker Suite) was very comfortable and immaculate, as was the entire place, and the breakfasts were creative and delicious each morning. Carlos and Kevin think of every detail and were warm and caring hosts. When I joked one morning that I had foolishly bumped my head on the slanted ceiling, we found an adorable note attached to the ceiling to remind me! I echo the many strongly positive reviews here - and if I ever have the chance to return to the area, I definitely will stay there again.

What a pleasant stay inthis Arts and Crafys period house. Every detail has been carefully preserved and the futnishings were curated beautifully to show off ghis old home's beauty. Get home early because Breakfasts are NOT TO BE MISSED! They are worth getting dressed up for. Bring your tiara. The first day we were greeted with a beatiful frittata with two asparagus arranged artistically on to with a strawberry and spinach salad. Fresh in season fruits and berries accompanied each plate and coffee and tes were hot, pletiful and everything was prepared with love! One day we had Danish pancakes which are spherical snd stuffed with berries! Delightful. There were also an assortment of yogurts everyday.

We spent two nights in the Dickens House while in St. Petersburg for a wedding. It's a lovely historic home, painstakingly restored to its original glory but with all the modern niceties. Our room, the Dickens Suite, featured a comfortable queen bed, sitting area, dressing-table area with comfy chairs and a lighted magnifying mirror, and huge private bathroom with dual sinks, spacious shower stall, and huge whirlpool tub. Outside there are an expansive front porch and a compact yet lush garden and outdoor seating area. The inn is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Kevin and Carlos were superb hosts, with extensive knowledge of the home's history, the local area, dining, and activities. And the breakfasts were delicious! I hope we have a reason to return to St. Pete so we can visit again.

Can't say enough positive things about this B&B! From the lovely home and outstanding breakfasts to the warm hospitality, my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Dickens House. Kevin and Carlos made us feel so very welcome and gave us pointers on what to visit and where to eat. We'll be back...just not soon enough!
