Our family cruise was cancelled and we all decided to come here. We have been here 3 days so far and it is great. The grounds, the pools, room are all clean and well taken care of. The kids are having a ball spending more time in pool than the beach. Jimmy B’s had great music last 2 nites. Bar staff are great. Love the people working here. They have all been so friendly so far even having to work in masks and the heat. They are constantly cleaning and picking up the grounds. Overall a great stay so far, especially for the amount we are paying. A really good value right on the beach. I was worried reading some of the latest feedback. I had nothing to worry about at all. We will definitely be back again

If I could give this negative star I would!! We booked online pictures looked great. When we showed up it was horrible and some how got worse!! We booked a “Garden view balcony room” which doesn’t even exist!?! Our view was the back side of the restaurant so our view was all the employees smoking and congregating outside our window. The cabanas outside are trashed!! It looked like a bomb went off!?! So the kicker to this horrible visit was at 9am they shut the power off... we didn’t have power until 5pm .... In the middle of summer.... in Florida we had no power... so went spent the day at the beach.. struggled with the cabanas gave up and set our own umbrella at 3pm they came and took our umbrella down and the guy said well you can put it back up when I leave!?! With no power and no where to escape the sun!?! Unbelievable and obviously since there was no power for 6 hours we had no tiki bar service, no ice for our own drinks and what food we had in the fridge was ruined also!?! Parking is horrible and the staff is the worst. I want to personally point out Richard who was a total jerk the whole time.. he definitely lives up to name RICHARD🙄Save yourself the headache stay far from this crack spot!!!!!!!!

All the one star reviews are laughable... Do you really think you're getting a resort on the beach that's 5 diamond with turndown service for $70/night?!?!! Yes, the place is not the nicest. Yes, they have industrial toilets in the room that you flush with your foot and cannot sit upright on without hurting your back with the homemade shelf. Yes, these are the absolute worst hotel beds I've ever experienced... However, you're literally steps from the beach, the pools are right outside your door, there is complimentary coffee in the morning and that front desk agent Kim is awesome!! Aside from that, the restaurant has normal beach fare with generally crappy service. Raven is the exception, as when we aired our grievances with her about how we tried to dine three times and the staff was too busy with each other in the server station or how the bartender would rather talk to one regular than acknowledge the existence of a 4-top (literally not even a "hi how are ya") made sure to be attentive and on top of things. Even with the one standout employee I'll make it a point to not return. There are too many other places selling burgers, nachos, coconut shrimp and rum runners on this beach for me to ever bother coming back.

We went for a 7 night stay. Ended up staying only 1 night due to the fact the we were concerned for our own safety and was told to leave my hotel security because we ask the front desk if we were to leave and find a safer hotel could we get a refund minus the 1 night we did stay. The head of security even called a local police officer to escort us out. This is not a place for children!!! Underage drinking and nudity fluent!!! Was still charged for my entire stay also. Never been treated so poorly from the staff in a hotel in my lifetime. Rooms are very outdated and a couple of us left with bug bites from the 1 night we did stay.

We went for a 4 day weekend just to get away and relax on the beach. Appeared to be understaffed. Especially at the beach. 1 cabana guy for all the cabanas and rolling bar. This definitely wasn't enough. 1 guy couldn't keep up with people wanting a cabana and drinks. Let alone the idiots that brought a boom box and were repeatably told to turn it down. Cabanas seemed to be in disrepair. We would have spent more money had there been service on the beach. The poor bartender on the deck bar was by herself also. Then the computer went down, she looked overwhelmed. Rooms could use a deep clean. We found out they have a platinum club card from a waitress.
