One of the most filthy hotel rooms I have ever experienced. The management was rude and unprofessional, and unresponsive to complaints. The hotel pool is closed and appears to have been closed for an extended period of time. The pictures online are a total misrepresentation of the condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to a mortal enemy.

Shower floor felt like it w as going to break because of the flex. When taking a shower water came out of both the faucet and shower head and did not properly drain. Bathroom and room did not appear to be clean. Chairs seat cushions were heavily stained. No Cable. Breakfast was coffee or Tea and packaged muffins. We stayed the one night in St. Augustine. The Knights Inn is within walking distance (approximately a mile) to the center of town and attractions. Room had a small refrigerator and a microwave.

Worst hotel in St Augustine! My brother in law stayed there for a short time. At check out the manager charged him for 2 towels that were never even in the room when he checked in! Then he charged him $20 just because my husband visited with him there for 2 hrs one day! What a scam!!! Never go here! The rooms are dirty & smell bad & the manager will scam you for your money! He probably pocketed the extra charges.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, it's very sad that it is in the middle of a Historic vacation spot. It was bad from the start, desk staff was very rude, when I informed her of the early check in time online, she told me that is priceline's fault. I booked another hotel, I could not get a refund at this point, but I could not stay there, RUN.

This guest booked room through a third party not direct with the property. She also spent the entire night at this property and made no complaints to the front desk. She did not know how to flush a toilet by holding the handle down and need instructions on how to flush a toilet. Check-in begins at 2 PM not 12:00. She was allowed to check in one hour early for free. Front desk is not rude for telling you what the check-in time is suppose to be. We are not advertising ANY early check-in as check out is not until 11:00.
