We offer many amenities that our travelers appreciate, such as spotless bathhouses, cable TV, WIFI, laundry facilities, pet park, hiking trails, and much more. We have vintage cruisers for rent that offer a fun alternative to hotel lodging. Our clubhouse offers activities including pancake breakfast and ice cream social to name a few and we expect to have our pool open this summer. What a place! Not a bad site at the resort. The staff was super nice and the pool as super cool. Rained quite a bit, no flooding that we noticed. No bugs! Can’t say that very often. Sat outside in the evenings, no screen room needed. No mosquitos. We were at site 167 and our friends had the buddy site next to us on 166. Clean & level. The shuttle bus picks you up at the office and takes you right downtown to catch the trolley. Less than 15 mins to downtown. We will definitely be returning.

Wow! What a great buddy site! We were way in the back in the newer section. All these sites have brick pavers. They are long, wide and fairly level. Lots of space in the buddy sites. Each site comes with a picnic table and above ground fire pit. The park is nicely landscaped with palms trees and other plants. The older, front section sites have white gravel and sand. Some come with concrete patios. Staff is very nice on the phone and in person. They guide you to your site. Directv did not work in our site due to trees but they have cable. WII FI was so so. We used our hot spot a lot. The pool looked clean and inviting although we didn’t use it. They pick up trash at your site, and they are pretty darn prompt about it. Couple of warnings. Tree parts tend to fall during storms – one limb even punctured someone’s door awning. Also, something from the trees left a brown color on the roof so when it rained it dripped brown down the side of the RV. Luckily, it easily washed off. Some road noise but it was mostly quiet at night. Convenient to St Augustine and about an hour from Jacksonville. We would stay again if in the area.

This campground is really nice overall I know from things I have read it has come leaps and bounds from what it was before I was in the front of the park and overall pretty nice this back 2 sections get even more beautiful with brick paver sites and buddy sites and shaded sites! They have a nice pool and activity area of the park up front very nice landscaping around! They promote people picking up there pet feces there is a ton of waste bag stations for that! There is walking paths through the woods that are nice! Now my only complaint was that there is a few permanent or semi permanent residents that have crap all over their site and that does not make it look very nice but I would say 4 or 5 sites like this. It was in the front of the park! I don’t get people why they just can’t keep the appearance tidy but if I was resort management I would evict them if they don’t want to clean up! That being said I really liked it except for those sites that are not in the best conditions and I would definitely stay again! PS I lived in a camper for three months in Florida and worked 6 12s and I and the guy I was working with never left our site look like these people did!

We came up here for a week getaway (currently still here). We are two families both with younger active kids. This park is super friendly and clean. The rv park is close to everything (about a 10 min drive to all the main attractions). The pool is very clean and the kids have had a blast riding their bikes around and playing ping pong and cornhole. The site we have is a back in site with ample room - we have a 37ft 5th wheel and there is ample room for our truck and friends suv. All the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. There is a concert slap with a picnic table and fire pit. When we were out at the pool, we saw people constantly ensuring everything was clean and up to par. The restrooms and laundry room are very clean (laundry is $2.25 which seems the normal lately everywhere we travel ). We have learned to bring fly traps where ever we go camping lately. We set that up first day we got here outside and have had enjoyable fly free meals outside (fly trap is full because it’s Florida and flys love this weather - but none have ruined our meals )

Our 2nd winter here and highly recommend this RV resort. Site 124 this year with lots of privacy and a very clean, well maintained property with a nice clubhouse and lots of activities for all interests. Nicest, happiest and helpful staff. Great gym and laundry facilities; pool and games area. At this resort you are 20 minutes tops to all attractions of the most historic, beautiful town in Florida; an abundance of excellent restaurants; shopping and one of the best beaches in North America. Highly recommend! This resort goes to great lengths to give it's customers a fun, pleasant experience.
