Hammers, drills and yelling! Every morning my children were woken by hammers and yelling. The main office was very very disrespectful and not helpful at all!! If you would like a wake up call every morning to yelling and hammers this is the place for you. If you really like being ignored when you bring a problem to the administration of the units, this is right up your alley. HORRIBLE VACATION, thanks.

Love the place but when I was there mid June for a week coming back from dinner with the family the Guard on duty ( Chuck) was a little loud with a guest who was trying to visit someone on the property. My family and myself love coming to Ocean and Racquet but it makes my family wonder why such a nice place would have such a person working there . I will have to think very hard about coming back to this resort.

I had two weeks off for holidays and was pumped for a great vacation, upon arriving at Ocean and Racquet I went to pick up keys and stephanie approached me with an "oh by the way" mixed in the middle of small talk she mentioned of the boardwalk to the ocean being repaired, then I said well that means I would have to walk through other condos to used other boardwalk...she said "its not that far"(turns out it was as I hurt my ankle 3 days into trip so walking extra distance was a problem)...then after some more small talk she said unit is none refundable. Needless to say there was two workers replacing the whole walkway and a compressor running all day, also first cuts were made under my bedroom window as the workers set up a cutting area. after 3 days I took a video of the noise when I was "relaxing" on the porch...I went to front desk and got the standard response "not refundable". I should of been moved immediately, If you stay here make sure you watch the small talk. I filled out the evaluation and said because of situation I won't be back....still waiting for a followup call from O and R.

Love! Couldn’t say more good things about this place. The boardwalk to the beach is right off the parking lot. Our unit 6208 was adorable and accommodated our party of 5 comfortably and has a hot tub in the building.

We just stayed in unit 8106 from Dec 28-jan 4. Amenities were great, fully stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, private laundry in the little room next to the unit which I didn't find until later but found super helpful! There are many hot tubs on site that we enjoyed and a heated pool. Both were fairly close to this unit. We didn't have a beach view from this unit but the beach was just over a boardwalk right outside the unit. The beach in front is this complex was amazing. Nice white sand, some shells but nothing like up by the pier where the sand is orange and made up of a lot of broken shells. I will say though we are a family of 6 and it did feel like we were kind of tripping over eachother as the unit is pretty small. Overall though as it was clean and updated so for the price we were happy with our pick!
