My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel a couple of weeks ago for a short weekend getaway. The location and room we had was very spacious, clean and reasonable. However, the views from the balcony are second to none. Absolutely gorgeous. This was the primary reason we wanted to stay at this hotel along with having our boat at the harbor for the weekend. The only reason I am not giving this Hotel a 5 star rating is that our balcony did not have a ceiling fan and it made sitting outside with a glass of wine very uncomfortable, as there was minimal airflow in an enclosed balcony. It was downright hot. Although once the sun went down, all was good. Other than that minor issue I would highly recommend this Hotel. We will be going back, but next time I will be sure to reserve a room with a ceiling fan.…
Great room on the water. Boat slips are available so once you launch you can keep your boat handy for a quick run to the Atlantic or explore some inshore areas for Red Fish and Trout and the occasional Flounder. Nice walking area in the marina confines or access to the Bridge which spans the harbor. Great place to go for a nice stroll with restaurants on the other side of the bridge or a very short walk to Kingfish Grill Restaurant for dinner and cocktails. In the morning in room coffee will get you through until the Odd Birds Cafe opens with a very nice selection of Baked goods and full breakfast and great coffee.
This is our 3rd time to stay at the Inn at Camachee Harbor and it was the ONLY place my husband & I wanted to stay when we attended the New Year's Eve Roaring 20s Party at a large hotel on the beach this year. Every room is very comfortable and inviting with an amazing view of the marina. There are three places to eat right there at Camachee Harbor where you can have breakfast and lunch, pizza and calzon es or enjoy a waterfront seafood dinner. Uber, Lyft and Trolley Tour pickups are available so you don't have to deal with the traffic in St. Augustine's tourist district. We love staying at the Inn at Camachee Harbor and can't wait to go back!
My wife and I were looking for a place to relax and chill during our anniversary that was not cookie cutter like most other offerings. This palce was perfect. we dined at the reasturants within walking distance and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the marina. The staff was very welcoming and attentive and our only regret is that we did not have more time to stay and enjoy.
We stay they every time we go to the St Augustine Seafood Festival. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough. Inn is very accommodating with balcony’s or porches opening to the harbor . Screen Porches facing the inner coastal, which is great to watch the sun rise. There’s a couple restaurants in the same parking lot that are reasonable. We will be there again for the next St Augustine festival.
