The location I'd great because you can walk to everything in downtown. We loved this charming B&B very much. The house is old and the room we stayed could use some updating but we love these old places so all was well with us. I saw a review about the 9am breakfast and the visitors should be aware of that. They start serving coffee, fruit, and some bread earlier but the main breakfast is served at 9am. We are early risers and like to get going but this timeline gave us an opportunity to sit and enjoy morning breeze with coffee and fruits and chat with other travelers on the porch until Scott served us breakfast at 9am. So overall we were very happy with our stay and recommend this place.

After reading some of the reviews I had concerns about staying here. However, our experience was positive. We had good interactions with staff, found our room to be clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient to the historic district and the prices were lower than most comparable places. It fully met our expectations. I would stay here again.

This Inn is managed by Donna and Scott plus Robin who manages housekeeping. Donna’s gourmet breakfasts were exceptional and we really enjoyed staying there. Very conveniently located to all downtown activities and there is parking included. They have afternoon tea and cookies available for guests. Wonderful service.

Visited St Augustine for our 20th wedding anniversary. The Inn has a nice staff and good service. The location was terrific and the Inn was quiet. A couple of issues however: Breakfast service started around 8am with coffee, but nothing hot until 9am; for us,that’s just too late and we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. The Inn is charming, but our room at least needs renovation and the bed was very soft. St Augustine is beautiful!!!

Stayed recently for a three nights. Room was comfortable and the location to the historic district is excellent. Breakfast is served a little later than I would have liked, but other than that it was a positive experience. Would highly recommend.
