My husband and I and another couple stayed for two nights on Feb 4-5, 2020. The location was perfect which is why we chose it. Unfortunately this is where the good review stops. Scott, the innkeeper was very rude and unfriendly. I asked to have our room serviced (clean towels) and it was never done. When we returned in the evening, I asked again for towels and stated that the room had not been serviced. Scott accused me of not putting the sign on the door. He acted very put out that he had to get clean towels for us. I have never met a more rude innkeeper. He was not around to answer questions and other than at breakfast, was basically missing in action. The breakfast was adequate but was only served from 9-9:30, which seemed like a fairly short amount of time. I would not recommend this place!

This is in a great location, within walking distance of the historic district. This is a huge plus. We arrived early but were warmly accommodated with a key to our room and a parking spot which are at a premium in Saint Augustine. The parking behind their B&B is tight for small vehicles only but they provide parking for larger vehicles across the street. Their rooms are well appointed with all the necessities and nice touches like bottled water and toiletries. They provided freshly baked cookies and sweet tea in the evening and quite an extensive breakfast in the morning. When we checked out, they offered us an opportunity to keep our car parked for a few extra hours. Their outside upper and lower decks and patio are very inviting. We brought a bottle of wine and snacks to enjoy the outside along Cordova Street at night. We figured we saved $40 on parking and breakfast staying here that we applied towards our evening out. We were very pleased with our overall experience at a reasonable price.

We stayed for a few days while experiencing the Bed and Breakfast Tour. It has a really great central location to the old historic town; literally blocks from the original city entrance. The owners were very hospitable and we really enjoyed the afternoon cookies and sweet tea. I would have preferred the bed being a tad bit softer but it was a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We came after xmas for new years. Im not rating this b&b good or bad its just a typical B&B. Reading the other reviews now after our stay i can see that the comments about the hospitality, are just how this B&B operates, but not sure its as bad as most of the other reviews written. They tried the best they could but, the place cannot accomodate a person with a wheel chair or other handicap issues. There are stairs to everything and no ramps. The rooms need some TLC. We had no real issues while here except it is very noisy its an old house with wooden floors you can hear every step, and somehow the room above us never stopped walking back and forth all night long. We tried this one and its ok.
