We stayed at the Inn for four nights in the Camelot room and found the room very comfortable, clean and welcoming plus we had a balcony we could enjoy. On the weekend the music was loud until about midnight but we knew that was part of the experience. For us the intent of staying at Augustine Inn was to experience the old city, the culture and everything the city had to offer and that was accomplished. If you want the full experience of historic district, restaurants, live music and shops this is one of the best locations as the main street is only a few steps from the front gate. Each morning a plated breakfast was served along with other guests making it enjoyable and happy hour from 4 to 5 added value to our stay. The Inn achieved our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all the staff!

First I must say this is the first bed and breakfast my wife and I have ever been to. With that said Augstin Inn is absolutely amazing, from the moment we arrived to the time we unfortunately had to leave. The people, the room, the food eveything was fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional and there is a cute cocktail hour for guests to enjoy before going out to dinner. I could go on and on. The bar is set for any other BNB we ever go to but you can count on one thing we will definitely be returning. Thank you all for letting us spend a great time here.

Wonderful place to stay right in the middle of historic St. Augustine! Went for a couple nights with my kids and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - never had to move the car once we got there. 😊 The included parking and breakfast are great extras! Breakfast is homemade and absolutely delicious! The lemon yogurt and french toast were excellent! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this inn! We’ll be going back again for sure!

The very best part of this Inn is location, location, location. We were able to walk to everything we were interested in....pubs, restaurants, stores, sites. It has a very nice courtyard. The initial greeting from a staff person was appreciated. Because we had a handicap plate in our car, parking was free in St. Augustine, so we were able to park close- by. When I read there was an elevator in the Inn, I assumed it was handicap accessible. It is not if you are wheelchair bound. Our room, and several others, required going up three stairs. Call beforehand, if this would be an issue for you before booking. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was clean, although the rug didn't look like it had been vacuumed before our stay. The room needed more lighting. No thermostat in the room, so the temperature in the room was dependent on someone else's choice. Jacuzzi tub was very worn out looking to the point of being a turn-off to use. It looked like someone had tried to paint the inside of the tub. Jacuzzi area had minor water damage. Small television that was set to a very low, unchangeable volume. The breakfasts consisted of a quiche one day with pineapple compote and a sweet, and the next day, a small egg cup with a small sausage in it, large pecan pastry and black cherry yogurt. They were good, but we should have indicated when asked that we did not want flour and sugar products. Coffee was not strong enough, but there was a Keurig in the dining room. Complimentary happy hour was from 4- 5. By the time we arrived at 4:30, there was about 6 pieces of cheese and a few rounds of pepperoni left. Sugary sweet white and red wine, and a few canned beers. It was pretty lame, and not worth the effort. They have a text messaging service that no staff person either looks at, or responds to. I just expected much more from a B and B charging $250. a night. I've stayed at Bed and Breakfasts where they make everything extra special. This place tries, but is off the mark. It needs updating. I MIGHT stay again only if location was my only priority.

The unacceptable part of the B&B experience was the deafening live music played right underneath our window from afternoon to 10:00 PM. When travelling, I like to lounge in the room most evenings, and my bedtime is often before 10:00. Even earlier, I couldn't concentrate and think straight. We ended up going to our daughter's room next door and hanging out until 10:00....greatly inconvenient. The owner told me that the music stops at 10:00, and that other rooms would also suffer through the music from other bars, etc. affecting their rooms. Well, my daughter's room was quiet all day and night. I felt I was duped by not being told beforehand about the intolerable noise. They should have disclosed the noise factor, along with the no-choice breakfast of unidentified food. When telling the owner about the music problem, she just blew my complaints off with the "oh, everyone has the noise." There were other issues as well, but I've said enough. Thankfully, we were only booked for one night. I'm afraid I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Roseanna greeting us with such a welcoming smile and freshly baked chocolate cookies, at the moment I already knew we were going to have an amazing stay. She promptly checked us in and showed us to our cozy room and was adamant that if we needed anything to not hesitate to reach out and gave us her personal number just in case! She provided a list for us of great local spots to eat at and some fun bars to visit as well. Before going out for the evening we requested a bottle of prosseco and she had it brought to us within minutes. The inn was so cozy and really immersed us into the true St. Augustine feel. We enjoyed the breakfast with a delicious quiche and cup of coffee before checking out. We will certainly be back and recommending it to all of our friends and family!
