Lovely Inn with an assortment of rooms on the 2nd floor overlooking the historic streets. Room very comfortable - the best part was watching the world go past from our balcony. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast excellent. Parking available at the local multi-storey carpark a few minutes walk away (however there is "drop off" parking outside the hotel). Definitely recommended.

From the amazing breakfasts every morning, our room, location, staff (Ashley during our breakfast) was fantastic, made our stay feel like we were with family. This adorable Bed and Breakfast was fabulous right from the start. Marcia greeted us warmly on a cold rainy day which made you you feel so welcomed. The room was very pleasant with a king size pillow top bed and a wonderful large bathroom. For a 6’4” guy the sink was a bit low but it’s a grand old house to it’s ok. It’s the breakfast that will make your stay. Creative and tasty to start your day. Every day there was a new menu and delight to get you ready for your day. As a gay couple we felt welcomed and at home.

I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserves one. My husband was super hesitant to stay at a bed and breakfast I didnt even tell him thats what I booked until 20 minutes before we got there, now he is is planning when we can go back. Upon first getting there until we walked out the door the staff was super friendly and helpful (without being over bearing which is what I think my husband was thinking I was getting him into), they gave recommendations on what to do and even made our dinner reservations. The rooms we're very clean and bed was comfortable also was an added bonus the fresh (still warm) cookies and champagne in the room as well. The location was perfect, breakfast was amazing, and staying anywhere else will never be the same because this place was that great. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the Agustin Inn was extremely comfortable. The room was thoughtfully laid out with a built-in desk area, large bathing area, and closet space. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking wine, and watching the people walk by. The sheets and bedding were amazing!! I fell in love with the Nespresso machine!! Breakfast was delicious and the Inn is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and the Fort. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. There are lots of Inns in St. Augustine but we highly recommend the Agustin Inn!!
