We had an absolutely amazing time here! The owners were the nicest people and answered any questions we had! The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and different from the morning before. Perfect location for walking adventures downtown but still far enough away that the hustle and bustle of nightlife didn’t disturb us! We will DEFINITELY be returning!!!

Property's Favorite Review
Our stay at the Victorian House Bed and Breakfast in St. Augustine, was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. Beautiful house with spacious rooms located in the historical district. The staff greeted us and made us feel so welcome. They had great suggestions for places of interest to see and great places to eat. The location is perfect and is very quiet. Excellent for couples. We never needed to get back in our car to go anywhere because the area is extremely walkable. We were just a couple blocks away from St. George Street. The breakfast was fabulous and one of the most delicious we've had. We will be back for sure and highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

We booked the small queen room for one night as a rest stop on our way to West Palm Beach from Maryland. Driving took 18 hours instead of the anticipated 14 hours due to weather and traffic. Anthony was sweet and most accommodating with our late arrival and even upgraded us to a king room so we could get a good night rest. We will definitely we coming back to stay longer!

Located in a gorgeous area with very little foot and vehicle traffic, but only a block away from the St. Augustine town plaza. Short walk to everything in the Old Town. Once you park (on-site!) you never again have to use your car. Beautiful building inside and out. Friendly, attentive staff. A different and unique, delicious breakfast everyday, with amenities available 24-7 in the lobby (hot/cold water, coffee, tea, ice, snacks.) I used the comfortable lobby sitting room frequently. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Hello All, My partner and I live in Florida, but decided to take a trip to the other coast to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were deciding on places to stay and almost just gave into one of the cheaper hotels in the area. Right before closing on the deal, we happened to come across the Victorian House. We originally decided to go with their smallest room in the main house, the Seamist Room, however, we were kindly upgraded do to a cancelled reservation for the Serenity Room. It was a wonderful stay in that room, although staying in the other one would probably had been just as comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The parking lot where our car stayed for basically the entire trip was not too far from the Victorian House. It was quite nice that everything we did, other than a trip to the lighthouse, was in walking distance. The complimentary drinks and snacks were another pleasant part of staying at the Victorian House. The breakfast we had for the the two mornings we were there was absolutely charming. The parfait was simple but such a delicious treat before the main plate. Everything and everyone was just so delightful. Shout out to Anthony for being such a great host of the place and helping us with the map, upgrade, and exceptional experience and to Taylor, the person who made sure that we were well taken care of during breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and try out another room. Thank you to those of you we encountered at the Victorian House, you were all excellent and made us feel welcome and in a way at home.

Wow! We are so impressed with this GEM. From the moment we stepped foot into this place everyone was so welcoming, friendly and loving. This was our first bread and breakfast visit and won’t be our last. Our room was absolutely breathtaking and the memories we created will not soon be forgotten. Everyone was so helpful and everything is very clean and taken cared of and the breakfast…yum.

Anthony and Marilyn took very good care of us. The room was clean and welcoming. The balcony was great for relaxing and having a coffee or cocktail. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking in the most beautiful historical city I have ever seen. The morning coffee was fresh and full of flavor. The breakfast was delicious each morning and served in the dining room or the front porch, your choice. The afternoon wine was nice for sharing stories with other guest. There were fresh cookies, snacks and soft drinks available. The owners were wonderful people and treated us like friends. We will be back!

The Victorian House is on the oldest street in the country, and is only a few minutes from a lot of the attractions, including a 5 minute walk to St. George street, we parked our car when we got here and didn't use it till we left. We were in the Cadiz suite, and this worked very well for us, it was very comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living room area and a fridge and coffee maker in our room. Tony is just great, gave us a lot of useful pointers, and made a different delicious breakfast every morning. Strongly recommended.
