Greeted by and checked in by Pat. This was a surprise trip for my husbands 67th birthday. We have been to St Augustine many times and Pat told us about quite a few new restaurants and made suggestions. Our room was spacious and tidy. We loved it! Chef Adam's breakfast creation was to die for. This was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and I don't think I will stay at a hotel ever again!

Property's Favorite Review
We had a great stay at the Kenwood Inn. Everything about the Kenwood met or exceeded our expectations. Our suite, the Bridge Suite, was very comfortable, with a separate living room so I didn't wake my wife up when I had to check in with my office on Guam in the middle of the night Florida time. The shower with multiple shower heads was very relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious and creative. The neighborhood was quiet, but easy walking distance to the parking lot, the trolley tour stop, and restaurants. The swimming pool was a welcome touch which I took advantage of three times a day to cool off from the Florida heat. The staff was very helpful at all times, but especially when delays at the rental car company at the JAX airport resulted in our late arrival. We certainly hope to return to the Kenwood Inn.

We recently celebrated my birthday and stayed at the Kenwood Inn. The location is great, as was the Inn and our room, featuring a shared balcony with hammocks and a view of the saltwater pool. Breakfast was fabulous and Pat could not have been a better host. Her staff were helpful and courteous and the choice to stay there gave us the best B&B opportunity we ever had.

Absolutely a 5 star B&B. The greeting from our lovely hostess Pat, was arms open wide Libation was in a cut crystal carafe in the parlor for our consumption. The beds in our room were double thickness, memory foam, not too soft, nor too hard. All the rooms were decorated very tastefully Included was a gourmet breakfast, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday The swimming pool on the premises, size, water temperature was just right for our group, towels were provided. Added to all of this, I personally was taken to the restaurant by a golf cart, as I had full knee replacement surgery & couldn't walk with my friends. My Classmate did book for the month of November, whereas she will be back with her husband to celebrate her birthday!! In closing, you owe yourself to indulge in one of the best B&B's I've ever had the pleasure of staying. bambifusioninteriors@gmail.com

The Innkeeper, Pat was extraordinary. She is just a lovely human being inside and out! We just loved The Kenwood Inn. We stayed in the Porcelain Room, which was lovely. It opened up to a balcony type porch. One late afternoon we were just so tired of sightseeing we decided to hang out at the Inn relaxing in the salt water pool and ordering in and having dinner on our balcony. It was my favorite night of our trip. Pat pays attention to every little detail which makes for a beautiful stay. The public rooms are exquisitely decorated. The breakfasts are delicious. This is my favorite Inn thus far. I miss the horse carriages clacking along in front of the Inn and we miss Pat!

We spent a few days in St. Augustine and loved every minute of it. It began with the Kenwood Inn. Pat greeted us at the door and could not have been more helpful. She promptly found us a room (we did not have reservations since this was a last minute trip) and helped us with parking. There is no parking at the Inn but the lot is just around the corner and parking is included in your stay. Our room was amazing, we had access to the second floor deck with comfortable furniture and plenty of shade and fans. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was updated. Pat was very helpful and provided us with a map of St. Augustine and was happy to point out plenty of restaurants and things to do. The Inn included an amazing breakfast, plenty of tea and coffee, a beautiful outside patio and a pool. We had an amazing stay. We are definitely coming back and will be sure to stay here. Highly recommended.

12 women from our High School in Olympia Fields Il stayed at the Kenwood Inn, a Bed & Breakfast, to celebrate our birthdays. We have done for many years. This was the BEST. Pat, the manager and the rest of her staff were beyond helpful. The breakfast for 3 mornings were gourmet and excellent. The Sal water pool was soothing and Happy Hour in living room was charming. We were walking distance to most everything. Loved St Augustine and the Kenwood Inn was the highlight for its hospitality and warmth.

This was not our first time to The Kenwood Inn, we had a party of 13 in for a birthday celebration. Honestly, if I never had to leave, I would still be there, it is my Happy Place. I don't know enough words to say how wonderful the Inn Keeper Pat is, she is a absolute gem. My husband and I had been there several times before, but kids were in from Mass. and WV, others different parts of Florida, they all could not believe how wonderful it was, from checking in, rooms are wonderful, decorated beautifully, comfy, amazing breakfasts, to saying our goodbyes. I have major spine problems and in pain 95% of the time, there I was so relaxed and had great days. If you are going to St Augustine for an overnight time, do your self a favor and see how wonderful it is, you won't be disappointed. Michele and Russ

We were in town for a wedding at the Lightner Museum and wanted a walkable place to stay. We loved everything about the Kenwood Inn. Pat is the most gracious hostess and our room and breakfast on the patio was amazing! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stumbled upon this B&b. Immediately we were greeted by Miss Pat and she was so warm and kind she made us feel so comfortable. The room and the house was absolutely breathtaking!!!! It was such a treat to stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and went for a morning bike ride through the city. I absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back Miss Pat!!!!! Thank you again for the hospitality
