Had an upstairs room. Great, clean, well equipped and spacious room. Bed comfortable, good quality linen and great facilities. Fridge, coffee machine all worked like a charm. Wifi excellent and easily accessible.
I have stayed here before and was looking forward to staying again. I really like to support small business and be loyal. But this time the room was awfully dirty. The base boards were very dirty, the sink had a large build up around its hardware and the nightstand was nasty. Again.... I was very disappointed in this visit. I just don’t know if I will take the chance again.
direst room I ever been in, dirt on walls, dust on furniture, dirty spill on floor, mole in ice bucket, dead bugs on outside window sill on upper floor. Only can get ice and snacks in office during office hours. Staff pleasant and help full.
Can definitely tell this is an older facility. Usually stay in Comfort Inns but found this place on-line and wanted to try it... now I wish I hadn’t. Didn’t sleep well as could hear everything that went on in the room above us. Was woken several times during the night with what sounded like an elephant on the ceiling then it was a herd of elephants this morning as I could hear every step they took including the child’s and their showers. Plus you could hear every time someone traversed the staircase as it was also near our room. Therefore I would NOT recommend staying here. The only good thing was they had removed the carpet and put a laminate on the floors. I find the carpeting in hotel rooms to be extremely gross so hopefully the laminate is easier for the staff to clean. 🤞Also, in case it matters to you, the rooms have exterior access doors vs. interior access doors. I know it’s considered to be safer especially for women traveling alone to stay in a facility that has interior access doors so I just didn’t want anyone to be surprised or caught unaware! And the breakfast selection is of a package of muffins...…
Loved staying here! We came for a rocket launch and cape canaveral. Stumbled on the owners in passing and he was so down to earth and helpful on the best place for the kids to see the rocket launch. Loved the homey feel rather than the big chains. This has to be one the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Location was so nice to get away from the busier areas but close enough to go to coco and kennedy space center. Will def put this on the list to revisit!
