We stayed for 2 nights because we traveled to NASA center. It’s a small hotel/motel however it is very surprising place. Staff super friendly, the property is well maintained and the room is well decorated. Our room was facing the front road however it was quiet, the room was very nice, spacious, clean with comfortable bed, shampoo/conditioner, small kitchen, AC, WIFI. We had parking, and there is a pool. They have coffee place onsite and in less than 5 minutes drive you can reach to the nearest supermarket, shopping center, gas station is in walking distance. It is fantastic place to stay, great price, great value, Thanks Palmer Inn and Tennis center.

We were only stayed Saturday night before our cruise departed Sunday 7-28. It was pretty clean, we enjoyed watching the turtles and the water. The breakfast was prepackaged muffins. The cafe was closed while we were there. There were others staying the night we did but they don’t have overnight staff. When I asked about it upon check in she said to call # on door if there were any issues and someone would come to the Inn, I didn’t care for that and if I wasn’t traveling with a group I would have been uncomfortable. The only way to get drink was to buy in front office which closed after 9. There is no elevator, the floors were tiled which appealed to me instead of carpet but in the morning I believe there were ‘ elephants’ running upstairs above us. My mother heard an an argument from her room. Unfortunately i would not stay again.

We booked three nights at Palmer Inn to explore Kennedy Space Center and do some outlet shopping before catching a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The location is 11 miles from Cape attractions and 1.5 hours in heavy traffic to Orlando (unless you use toll roads). The interior is modern - furniture, color scheme, decor, wetbar, kitchenette. The king bed was very comfy. Large closet, drawers for storage. King bedrooms are on front of hotel and there is some early morning traffic noise, but not constant. Our issues are with the bathroom and overall lack of cleanliness of floor. We noted our feet and shoe bottoms were black when we walked barefoot across the LVT faux wood flooring. It is either filthy or shedding black specs. The toilet seat, lid was striated in color - white, orange, yellow. It made it hard to look at or use. The tub needs a very good cleaning as it has mold or fungii growing in the anti slip treatment making the surface extra slippery. (At home, easy off oven cleaner in blue can works great to remove buildup on plastic tubs). Additionally, we did not receive coffee packs one day had to go to 7-11 since we were outside of office hours (too early). When I went to the desk to request 4 for the next day and explained why, no apology or even acknowledgement of the issue was offered. Breakfast is high fat, high calorie muffins 470 each, 50% from fat) and fruit, coffee. Suggest adding healthier option too! Did not try restaurant.

The room was large and clean. Great view over the pond at the back. Was great to see the turtles in the edge of the water. The breakfast was basic but enough, muffins, fruit, coffee and juice. The staff were welcome. The only downfall was that for some reason we didn’t house keeping at all one day. On the other day the just took the rubbish, disappointing.

Just stayed the weekend here! I was shocked at how spacious and clean the rooms were, they were updated and very clean! The staff are extremely friendly and engaging, they have a nice little café within the Inn that serve creative dishes! The pool area was very clean, however I did not use the large tennis courts This is been the quietest place I’ve stayed in a long time and so cute! I am completely satisfied with my stay! The price and the accommodations are a total WIN!!! I will definitely be back!
