The Millhouse Inn, is a charming, English-style Bed & Breakfast Inn located in the heart of the historic district in Quincy, Florida. There are six, well decorated guest rooms each with private baths. Four rooms are on the second floor and two on the ground floor. The original house was built in 1843 as a single-story house and there are many other houses over 100 years of age in the surrounding neighborhood. The well-designed and colorful gardens offer a quiet retreat and space to enjoy family gatherings. We have all the amenities of a three star/three diamond facility.

Detailed Reviews
I looked for an historic inn in this general area and took a chance on Allison House. It was beyond perfect. Exactly what one hopes for and rarely gets. I was very happy with my well appointed, comfortable and spotless room; large, quiet, and situated within easy walking distance to the main square, which had an interesting history augmented by an app tour you can download on your phone. Inn hosts Bek and John were both equally delightful and easy to communicate with. John cooked up a lovely breakfast every morning, served in the upstairs dining room reminiscent of a more genteel era. I did not encounter even a tiny issue to mar my stay. A rare moment indeed.

What a lovely stay we had at The Millhouse Inn! Our room, The Allison, was exquisitely decorated in shades of pink that made everything look rosey. The whole house has thoughtfully placed antiques with updated touches. It feels fresh yet comfortable. The breakfasts are scrumptious and we especially loved the blueberry pancakes with bacon on the side! Well done! We look forward to returning the next time we are passing through!

The Allison House Inn is a beautiful house and gardens with well appointed rooms.
John and Bek are wonderful hosts and their hospitality is warm and welcoming. They not only made us feel welcome they made our small dog feel welcome with lots of pats and attention.
Breakfast was an amazing culinary experience, one of the best breakfasts we have had on our travels.

When we walked up we knew it was a special home with tons of history. We were greeted by Bek and her wonderful accent. The room did not disappoint, home was painted with such great detail and history. Amazing this home is 200 years old. Breakfast was delicious, company was priceless. Visit this B&B and be added to its story.

We visited The Allison House in Quincy, Fl over the Christmas holidays! We had a simply lovely time, wonderful relaxing room and what a nice surprize as there was a clawfoot bathtub in our bathroom. Bek (one of the innkeepers) had lavender bubble bath and it was a heavenly experience! Breakfasts were delish and filling. John was quite the chef for us. For New Years Day dinner, he prepared dinner for us fit for a queen and king....Its a charming little town. We also had the opportunity to visit Bainbridge, GA. for New Years Eve dinner as John and his wife Bek suggested this restaurant, The American Restaurant in the quaint downtown square there. Excellent food and service. We also by their suggestion visited Havana, FL. as its a darling town known for their antiques....fun filled afternoon. Great time and will be sharing with family and friends this darling bed and breakfast!!!

This was my husbands first time in any B&B. (He's more of a hotel guy) but he loved our one night stay. Bek was the nicest host and we loved our clean and cozy room. Coming up through the garden was so beautiful and relaxing with the smell of Jazmine. Bek made us a wondeful breakfast and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back and next time make it a longer stay!

Porchfest was awesome! Rebecca's Millhouse Inn was a perfectly cozy place to stay...very convenient to all the music venues. My room was quaint, immaculately appointed, and the bed was SO comfortable and welcoming after walking around town all day. Rebecca was a culinary artist with breakfast with different options each day. I will always remember my visit to Quincy with great fondness, because of Rebecca's hospitality, and I look forward to returning very soon.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Inn.
The innkeeper was wonderful and prepared a great breakfast in the morning.
Our room was just as promised and sparkling clean.
About the only negative is the restaurants in the area, their aren't a lot of choices.

My wife and I were in Quincy to see friends and take care of some business. We stayed at the Millhouse Inn (formerly Allison Inn). We really enjoyed it . Bek, the owner, was so accommodating. She could not have been a better host and made our stay so comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent! The room was very nice. Highly recommend it and we will be going back!
