We have been staying at this resort, in our RV for many years. We were even there when Michael wiped out our camper. We stayed again in June of this year. The service was terrible, the place was dirty and not being maintained well. The pool, which we usually love to hang out in, was dirty, scummy and had debris. We understand that there has been a change in management and it is sad that it has affected the ambiance of the park. We had been there in November, the previous year and it was the same as it had always been. Then when we came back this June, it appears that the park is not being managed well, seems understaffed, and not willing at all to listen to complaints. The sites are poorly kept. We highly recommend that the owners of this park pay attention to this post. We have talked to several of the previous campers, who have gone there for years, who say they will no longer go there and express the same sentiments. You can't even get a site unless you book 3 or 4 years in advance. It was, at one time, our very favorite place to camp. So sad. Fred and Patty Wellman

This RV park is great. The staff is extremely accommodating and very pleasant. It is clean and well maintained. We did not stay on the water but the bay was just steps away. We fished at St Joe State Park which is only about 15 mins away. We visited Mexico Beach, Apalachicola, St George Island all within 30-45 mins driving. We went into PC one day which is about an hour away. Would definitely recommend this place. Note: there is not much activity in the area for kids.

This is a great, laid-back camping spot on the Florida Gulf Coast. Pet friendly. No issues whatsoever with management, neighbors, things-to-do, or anything else. Rented kayaks from Pressnell's and spent one afternoon exploring St Joe Bay. Lovely little spot for a nice, relaxing getaway! We will definitely return.

Management is not friendly at all if you have complaints. They don't want to hear it. Club house closes at 5 so you can't get in to do laundry or use any of the facilities when you come in off the water. Don't even think about tent camping here if there is rain in the forecast. 90 percent of sites are under water when it rains. We pulled out with all of our shoes wet. The picture I'm posting is my husband getting in the car to pull out. Standing in water over his shoes. Second picture is Management's site. She is high and dry so it doesn't bother her. They have a tractor on site with a box blade but apparently no one knows how to use it. Club house is super nice and clean so is the pool but the hours it is available for use are ridiculous. Never stayed in a campground where facilities were locked up so early.

We rented a pontoon and the folks before us were late so we gotten older one without front benches but Old Trusty took great care of us. Paperwork was quick, There was a cart to help us load our stuff and the gentleman got us out on the water in no time. We crossed the bay to the tip of the cape and dropped anchor and walked and swam. Then road down the cape towards the coveof the state park, saw tons of sting rays and fish. We saw 3 dolphins out front of the covewhich was great then we saw a sea turtle!! That was amazing as it was my first time to see one in the wild! Crossing the bay we say 2 more dolphins that swam alongside our boat then one swam back n forth in front of the boat,I swear it looked at us and was showing off! What a day!

Don't be tricked, other places say "last RV park on the beach in Florida". Not true. There are several. This is a great one. Don't fall for "our last spot" either. These folks don't do that. This place: competitive price and value bayfront, launch your boat, kayak, paddle board easily bay is shallow visit Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, Black's Island easy ride from PCB lots of new stuff around, since rebuilt from Hurricane Michael 2 years ago Port St. Joe received FL grant for development in 2020 Launch your boat, use the PSJ canal to the intercoastal. great pool, heated, clean, open clubhouse currently closed many great restaurants around, and downtown PSJ don't forget to visit Apalachicola The Piggly Wiggly grocery is good, has variety including organic, good quality The seafood market practically next door is excellent. I can't think of anything missing from this trip. Can be calm and relaxing, or active, or do some tourist stuff closeby fishing, world famous scalloping, world famous oyster in Apalachicola astonishing sunsets good for any type of group, family, friends, solo, couple Loved it.

We had called and reserved a pontoon boat a week in advance of our trip to the Cape. They also have walk up rental service available. They were much nicer boats than what we got. Ours was “old faithful”. It was in terrible condition. The seats were ripped, metal pieces falling off, sides were all dented - it was terrible. There was no depth guage and no marine radio for emergency. We paid $260 for 4 hours and will use a different rental company next time.

This is a lovely little RV campground. The neighbors were friendly. We used the laundromat. Camping bayside was so nice. Every evening we watched the beautiful sunsets. Presnell's is close enough to Port St. Joe to be handy, while being just outside the busy part of town. The beach is just a short car ride away. Internet was good, while streaming movies was hit or miss, like most full campgrounds. Would stay there again.

Very nice campground. Clean and well maintained. Nice boat launch and has boats and a pontoon for rent. There is not much shade in campground but the bayfront sites give a nice view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets. Lots of places to fish offshore and walk out in the water. The boat dock also has places to fish. Lots of catfish to be caught from the pier! There is a fish cleaning station for your daily catch. There is a pool but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment on that amenity. Pet friendly and there is a laundry facility, but $4 to wash a load was too expensive for me, so I went downtown to a laundromat. Only complaint is the wifi is really bad, but no big deal. We had a blast on the pontoon! Grocery and the beaches of Cape San Blas are really close by. Some really good restaurants too.
