Shame on you Knights Inn. I had made a sincere request for a quiet room where I can get a good night sleep for my 9 hours exam next day, instead you put me next to a inconsiderate rude and without common sense guest of yours in room 137 and 138.They were partying and screaming and yelling ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Untill 5:45 in the morning LOUD MUSIC AND SCREAMING.After several attempts to your front desk to resolve this, nothing happened. This type of behavior requires police not a phone call. SHAME ON YOU.YOU ARE HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. I didn't sleep all night and I was exhausted for my next day exam. Barbara should have been honest with me when I booked the room that quiet is not guarantee, I was going to book somewhere else. The floor was extremely dirty the rest of the room was clean.…
One of the worst hotels I have stayed at! Breakfast was terrible. Not representative to the pictures in there web site. The front desk guy was asleep in a recliner chair that took up over half the space in the eating area. A homeless guy was taking care of the breakfast area! For $200 a night I am appalled!
Great hotel to stay at in excellent area with lots to do!! The room was very clean and spotless and the ladies in the front office were very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in this area and the pricing was amazing too!!
Good old fashioned customer service, very friendly. Room was very clean and the Air Conditioner works Great, Welcome to Southwest Florida. Room was very quiet (we where close to Tamiami Trail) Great Trip!
Entire property, interior & exterior, in desperate need of renovation. Guest rooms, while tidy in appearance, smelled of mold, mildew, years of nicotine buildup: bathtub sloped toward faucet and from both sides (odd), cloth shower curtain w/ no liner (washed it myself - it was a completely different color once years of nicotine buildup was washed away), burn marks on & in tub & toilet, gaping holes around bathroom plumbing through which a rather large rat visited us one night (we sealed it ourselves); had to defrost freezer in mini fridge due to frost buildup so thick it left a space roughly two inches high and ten inches across; "continental breakfast was cold cereal and a waffle iron, which worked sporadically, for guests to make their own waffles; "Business Center" is one inoperable computer in corner of lobby; super nice housekeeping staff (one woman) and maintenance staff (one young man); owner (Sam) was very nice, but interaction with his (wife?) was, without fail, extremely unpleasant, even when simply paying for room. A stay at the Day's Inn, five miles north, costs $2 less per night and provides immaculate rooms, free hot & cold breakfast (eggs, meats, oatmeal, breads, coffee, juices, coffee) served in a large, lovely dining room; BBQ area consisted of one old, rusty Hibachi grill in the parking lot. Sam indicated he would be charging $174.99 per night in season (I thought he was joking - he wasn't) which would be criminal.…
