We walked into the hotel to ask about booking on our next trip to Pompano. The woman came outside and yelled at us and said “in the office!” We started to walk into the office it’s my little 9 lb pub in a bag around my neck and she screamed “No dogs!” Rude, rude rude. Scary rude! P.S. My dog would not be traveling with me next time anyway. Based on the very unpleasant reaction of staff…I would NEVER stay at this hotel!

Excellent service from The moment of check in till when we left :) Nice and quiet hotel directly on the beach. We loved the view of the pier and beach from our 2nd floor room. Beth was very friendly and gave great advice about local restaurants to try :) The Beach House restaurant is a must go to restaurant that she recommended. It’s a 4 min walk from the motel and the food was indeed amazing. We’ll definitely stay here again. Really was such a relaxing stay at Le Cabanon Motel :))

So glad I made the decision to stay here. If you are looking for a big high rise motel... This is NOT it. Everything you need is here. Oceanfront, salt water pool, gas grill, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, chairs and loungers for the beach, beach towels, some units have kitchens. We prefer that so we can have groceries delivered and have food available to munch on when we didn't wanna go out. All the untinsels, dishes, cookware, baking dishes, toaster, extra things such as hairdryer, soaps, shampoos are all part of it. We didn't drive and had plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Uber was available if we needed to go further. Also there is a free ride Circuit that will take you up and down the ocean Blvd. Our flight was delayed 2 hrs and Beth (manager)called to make sure we'd be coming. Being able to speak with management personally is comforting with all the stress that goes into planing and making sure trip plans go according. When we come to this area this will be our come to place. Stayed June 2022. Best rates I found and I do alot of research. Not sure about the negative reviews that 2as absolutely not our experience. …

We have been to this Motel 5 plus times. Management has changed three times. The thing that has changed is the great location. Walking distance to restaurants; walk out the door and you are literally steps from the beach. The place had some bedding improvements since we were there last and the room was very clean. Will return again.

Booked through Expedia. Included an infant. Called to see if we could check in. Front counter rude and told us we couldn’t check in till three. Came back at three to a rude staff that informed we could not have our infant daughter. When I called to speak with someone. Staff was incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. No clarification on booking agency or website. Wasn’t helpful in suggestions to nearby stays. Overall terrible customer service and staff.

I am sorry you feel that way but the rules of the hotel are posted on our website and you receive a confirmation email days before check in that state no one under 18. you knew this before you booked the room, all we did was tell you this at check in and you just didnt want to hear it. we refunded your money to you which we did not have to do and we went out of our way to explain this to you. as i always say PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU BOOK AT THIS HOTEL, AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS CALL, THAT WAY YOU ARE NOT SURPRISED AT CHECK IN

I Don’t Usually give review’s!!! This time is different!! Let me start by saying ‘ My husband and I stayed at Le Cabanon Motel a year ago and Loved it!! Motel is on the beach and walkable to most everything and the Management (Christopher) at that time was The Best!! This time it was down hill from the beginning!! From the time we walked into the office the lady (Beth) was rude and confrontational! Everything we did she was not picking! It was like we were in prison! Unfortunately we felt very uncomfortable being there! Always watching what you do and making sure she told you when she didn’t like it! We will NOT be back, unless the management changes!! I would Not recommend staying at Le Cananon Motel with the new Management ! Very Unprofessional! So Sad!!

Pulled up to location, attempted to search availability in parking lot, man IMMEDIATELY comes out and asks what we’re doing here, explained we were looking for a room but unfortunately no availability, the man confirmed this and told me we had to leave. By this time my son already took 4 and 6 year old kids to use bathroom. I said I can’t leave without them. Then this lady comes out with her hands up that we had to leave. Guy then said I don’t care, this is private property so you have to get out of here. I said again I need to wait for him to come back with the kids. He then said I don’t know why you stopped here anyway, then said he was going to call the cops to make us leave. Thank God I recorded them. I can post their pics but I will figure how to post this video. I’m so glad we stayed respectful despite their unnecessary behavior!…

for one thing how is this racist?? you pulled up in two cars, you asked if we had availability, we said no, and you continued to loiter on our property. I have cameras too, and you sat there in the parking for 20 minutes after you were asked to leave.

We stayed for 5 nights at this property. You simply can't beat the location. Walkable to many restaurants, steps from the beach with a lovely pool. Room was nice but wish I had booked one with a small kitchen so that we didn't need to go out for every meal. Could have used a better coffee maker with better coffee. Managers were nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Unhelpful and uncaring management. Could not be bothered with clean towel requests. ‘No children’ rule completely disregarded- kids had food in the pool. Bathroooms moldy, amenities a joke. Ice machine was disgusting. Word is that ownership wants it this way. A little care would go a long way.

so this review is a complete lie. you never stayed at this hotel. you had a reservation in may, in which you wanted to throw a party at the motel and have chefs and buffet tables set up and music etc.. we explained to you that this property does not cater to parties or events as it is listed on our website. you continued to argue with us in which i cancelled your reservation, and refunded your deposit. just be honest, you never stepped foot in our property or have seen any of our rooms. your just upset that we cancelled your reservation because we couldnt cater to a party you were going to put on

We were there for 6 nights me and my wife for a relaxing vacation and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we got there we were amazed by the beach front room we had. The pool area was spotless. We’ve already booked for next year. If you’re looking for a cute little spot to truly relax this is it. Phil and Beth were great hosts. We had a late check in and they we’re very accommodating throughout the week. Also all pictures are as you see them on their website.
