Wonderful experience from the time of booking until departure for this property! Christopher and David the property owners/hosts answered my many questions before arrival and even upgraded our room once I discovered I booked one without a microwave! Then once on site the motel was everything we read about and more! The property and guestroom were clean and very well stocked with amenities! The room we were upgraded to was ocean front so we could look out and see the ocean and even better steps away from it! We were also provided with a phone number so if anything was needed during our stay to "just call"! We are grateful for the hospitality and the product! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend of peace and relaxation during a crazy time! We will be back!

Stayed here on father's day with another couple who had the same experience. Came in and no one was at the desk for almost 40 minutes!! Then had to change rooms because there were giant stains on the sheets and an awful smell. Also staff not wearing masks or social distancing.

Wow. What a great place to stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants, a beachfront park and the Pier. Easy walk across the bridge to a brewery and Publix and more shops and restaurants. The room was super clean, comfortable and safe. All modern amenities - nice shower, adequate supplies for cooking in the kitchenette. Plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. The hosts are friendly and gracious and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at LeCabanon. The renovations to the property have turned it into a little gem on the ocean. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The wi-fi was good. It is a perfect location just at the north end of the public beach. We've already booked for next year for an even longer stay.!! Christopher and David were spectacular hosts. They were very concerned for our well being and were great guys to get to know. If the pool was heated and there was a hot tub, this property would be just about perfect!!

We stayed here on our way from the auto train on our way to the Florida Keys. Nine rooms, nine parking spaces. Our room was neat, clean and opened to the pool and beach. Christopher was warm and accommodating. A perfect gem. Would absolutely stay there again. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Once you park the car, you good to go.
