Do not stay here! The hallways reeked of marijuana, noise, banging, yelling all through the night. The entire floor was damp and our room smelled of urine. We needed to buy damp rid to put in our room. Completely disgusting. Trying to get towels was an issue too! We were given only 3 for 4 people! We were told the towels weren’t washed yet, 2 days in a row! After our 3rd night stay my young daughter woke up with bed bug bites all over her back and top of arms, with bed bug blood droplets on her pillow, side of bed spread and foot of the bed. The thought of bugs crawling all over my daughter while she slept makes me sick. She was so upset and will forever be traumatized by this. Needles to say we immediately packed our belongings and got out of there as fast as we could. We had to leave our luggage in the bed of our truck for the remainder of our stay in Florida until we could get home and properly disinfect and spray everything down. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! Since this was a last minute trip and after reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try because we were desperate to find a larger room. Just remember you get what you pay for!!!! We travel often as does my husband for his job and I have NEVER stayed in a place this bad. I don’t know how there can be positive reviews unless the part of the hotel we stayed in missed the “renovations”! And remember this, if one room has bed bugs the probability of many more having them is pretty good! Think carefully before booking here.

My wife booked here as we decided to just take a weekend to come enjoy the Navarre Beach area and the 7 mile stretch Gulf Islands National Park. Staff was friendly, but our requested early check in was delayed 4-5 hours due to not having the room either properly clean and ready or similar issue. The bed frankly really is not comfortable as I’m laying here right now and feeling every coil spring. Whom ever has the room above us has little kids as you can hear them running around. Annoying when you are trying to sleep. Lobby area is really nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean off the lobby. No hot breakfast due to covid was disappointing, especially for $158 for the night! Room itself was clean, nice, and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise but frankly would prefer to see walk in showers and get rid of the bath tubs! Parking lot night lighting was not exceptionally good and kind of dark. Overall, may not stay here again due to the beds. Other issues is you can hear people in the other rooms...or we just had a ton of parties going on here. Because I’ve been in the midst of a cross country move Nebraska to Alabama and done over 14,000 miles in 5 months, and stayed at a number of the choice hotels, this location could really stand to replace the bed, at least in our room. Frankly it feels worn out like a swinger convention swing through and wore this bed out.

The pros... the night we checked in, the 2 ladies at the desk were nice and the room we had was large. NOW, the cons... I am aware that medical marijuana is legal in Florida but I the room I was in and ALL the surrounding rooms near mine were NON SMOKING. I woke up to the smell of marijuana to the point I thought someone was smoking it in my room. Evidently this happens often cause when we called to complain we were told “We can bring spray down to your room and spray but that’s all we can do”. We stayed gone all the next day but as soon as we got back that night same strong smell. We again called and complained and was basically told the same thing again along with they can not go door to door seeing who is smoking it. My children started asking what the smell was. It was unacceptable to say the least. We stayed again that night and checked out at 6am the following morning cause we woke up to the smell this time. Ridiculous!

We were just passing through on our way to Savannah Georgia. It was a very nice overnight stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable. Access from Interstate 10 was great. We would stay there again.

Quality Inns and Suites is located across the street from Pensacola Bay and adjacent to interstate 10. There are numerous choices for dining close at hand and is locate less than 10 minutes from Pensacola International Airport. The facility is in a safe and crime free area and the second floor rooms have a balcony, most with a water view. The hotel's rooms are midline and furnished with a refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the bed and bath linens spotless. The showers are hot and towels fluffy and welcoming. The first floor rooms each have sliding glass doors that open onto small individual patio and parking areas and is perfect if any of the room occupants is a smoker. It also allows for easy unloading of luggage. Great hotel, good value for the average traveler. My only concern is for the disabled traveler. The good points are the door to the room, both exterior and interior, are wide and can easily accommodate a wheel chair or walker. The bathroom could pose an issue. There is no walk in shower. The bathing facilities are a narrow tub that requires the user to step over the tub wall to access. It does have safety bars on three walls and a removable shower head. There is a bath seat, but the tub is too narrow to accommodate it. There are no shelves to easily place items like shampoos and conditioners nor is there any anti slip mats in the bottom of the tub. My only other issues are no elevators to access the second floor rooms and patrons must carry their luggage up two flights of stairs and the doors to enter the building are equipped with self closures as are the room doors. These door are a difficult to hold open while maneuvering luggage. I did enjoy my stay and would recommend this hotel for price, location and cleanliness.
