Will let you know how it goes! So far the site gives misleading pricing! Shows $109/ nite but gives a total far exceeding the $ per nite x the # of nights = It approaches 100% more than that. Even after all the fees, cleaning, taxes, resort, registration etc. The price still far exceeds the per night quote. Total price...

They made us sign a waiver saying guests not allowed after a certain time, I am a 23 year old I guess I would figure why I was charged so much but I don't even party. These spring breakers did not let us sleep at night, so MUCH noise! If you want a calm nice vacation I would recommend a...

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from Miami. The hotel is okay for the money, basic no frills hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay but if you're looking for a more exciting resort for a longer stay I would not choose this one. It was decently clean and decently decorated. A lot...

The motel was clean. We got great rates for a beachside room with a motel book coupon from the rest stop. They do allow pets but we didn't have one. There was no odor from pets in the rooms nor were there any evidence of pets excrement outdoors. You can't beat Panama City Beach for the eye candy of white...

There was a dog barking in the room next door to us. We tried to contact the front desk, but the phone in our room did not work, so I tried to call from my cellphone. I called 3 times and never got an answer. I called the main hotel # and expressed my concern and was told it would...

Let's start with the ONLY positive aspect - proximity/connection to the beach. Slept there with 3 friends and woke up in the morning with dozens of flea bites! Told the front desk and they didn't mind, manager didn't even answer my call! Might be cheap, but I strongly suggest to rethink before booking.

The Boardwalk was a heaven sent angel for my friends and I. We waited last minute to decide we wanting to take on spring break 2016! Best decision of our lives.... We had a amazing three days thanks to the boardwalk showers.

Being a last minute spring break booker options are slim and usually you get stuck with the nastiest hotels. This was suprisingly not the case here! I booked a room for me and 3 other people. The price seemed to good to be true, and some reviews seemed like it would be a nightmare. We got to our hotel and...

Stayed on a Saturday nite January 14. Reserved online for $54 for a street view room, then upgraded to a beachfront with private balcony for $16 more. Room was above average, but for the price was a great value. Two restaurants onsite were also good.

We originally booked in the Tides building, but moved to the Dunes building. Both are facing the beach, but the Dunes building had a sofa bed and coffee table. The bed was more comfortable at the Dunes, and there was a vanity in the bathroom; not at the Tides. The Dunes did not have a balcony, but a wide walkway...
