We booked this after leaving another condo location at almost midnight (see my other review). The place smelled really clean, had shampoo, soap, eye makeup remover wipes. A nice balcony- we stayed on the 12th floor. There was a flat screen TV with Netflix and cable. It was a studio, we didn’t care for a kitchen but had a small area if needed. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. We ended up cutting our trip shot due to the pending hurricane and didn’t wasn’t to get stuck but loved this place and will definitely be back!

Our vacation club moved us to Origin Beach Resort when our ocean front booking was suddenly no longer available. So I will preface with we ALWAYS book a ocean front condo. That being said our condo 1505 was not ocean front. We could see the ocean from the balcony between buildings. If we were sitting on the corner facing the building. The view looking out was more of the bay in the distance and swamp lands. Our 2 bed 2 bath condo was comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated, loved the beautiful gray wood laminate floors. Very spacious rooms especially for just the two of us. The pool was the highlight. So pretty and in the center of the resort. Ocean front on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. Also had a large hot tub. Resort was quiet and well maintained. Just a short walk across the street to the gorgeous white sandy beach. Really close to a couple of our favorite restaurants Runaway Island and Sharkey’s. This resort would be a 5 star had we had ocean front.

This room was pretty nice and clean. There is adequate kitchen tools and etc. we stayed 6 nights. The view from the balcony was pretty but the noise from the street was really really bad. the problem is the staff and the over eager security issues you cannot bring a cooler or drinks to the pool??? They patrol like it's ww3!! I got a "ticket," because I lost the parking pass but no one had any idea how to get me a new one!! How is that even possible the front desk said "you get one in a packet at check and I can't get another one from another packet!!" Not really sure what that means so I got a little ticket saying that I needed a parking pass even though I asked for one! I was on vacation and I lost a piece of paper I'm pretty sure that's not the big deal! Then they told me had to talk to security, security said they didn't have any parking passes umm ok !! I asked them how we're supposed to fix the problem then and they literally said I don't know. The parking pass also said that I had parked over the yellow line my car was by itself next to a pole with a handrail next to it I have a picture what the hell!! Miraculously the security person found me a parking pass but it was what they call an overflow pass which they warned me I might still get a "ticket." Not really sure how to follow the rules you don't have the materials I need to do that!? We went to the pool one time the security person told me that my 10-year-old couldn't be in the hot tub by herself even though I was sitting next to her and there was no one else in there. It's not like she was jumping or hurting anything. I feel like I paid all this money and nobody gives a crap! I've been to Panama City Beach this is my second time I will not be returning to this condo. Also the wristbands that they give you to access anything do not loosen after you put them on when you have children they get too tight and you have to cut them off and they act like you have completely ruined their life at the front desk. Please be advised to apply your wristband carefully and less you want to lose circulation it will tighten in the middle of the night. It will only tighten and not loosen. (Please see attached pics)

This place is not worth the money. We booked through Priceline for a short get away. The price was about $150 cheaper than the Hampton Inn down the street so we took a chance for the value. It was totally not worth it. This is a very large resort with a very small pool. The pictures are deceiving. Also, no coolers allowed at the pool. This is a very dumb rule, we’re on vacation you should be allowed to have a beer by the pool. Check in was confusing and frustrating because there’s several elevators. Our room was closest to a glorified service elevator that we had to traverse through a game room, a laundry room and down a narrow hallway. Half our stuff fell off our cart trying to get to the elevator. No one offered to help or that there was a much wider elevator that’s easier to get to right behind the main entrance.

We stayed here for 3 nights, overall it wasn’t terrible, but the unit was not clean! Stains everywhere and just not taken care of. The carpet and couch were the worst. The unit also smelled disgusting.
