My family and I exchanged a week of our timeshare for a week at Landmark. The property needs updated and cosmetic help. The fridge had rust on it and bathroom time cracked. Dishwasher handle was broken maintenance said “what do you want me to do.?” On a positive note the view off the balcony is beautiful. The kicker was when I found paint on my car from the painter because they are painting the outside the building. I filed a report, called, and emailed management. I have still not heard back. The office staff was very helpful and took pictures but management has not returned my email or calls. Park at your own risk because their painters are sloppy.
I couldn't say anything that wasn't good the 2 weeks we stayed here. Been coming here for years and it has been a wonderful week or 2 every time. Got 2 more weeks in the fall and I can't wait to go on another great vacation.
They are doing major renovations at this condo building. Don’t expect to sleep in as jackhammers or saws will awake you. The beach was only amenity worth mentioning. Parking not great and if you do get a parking spot in front of condo building, beware as there are signs saying they are not responsible for your vehicle if something falls on it. lol! Our room had been renovated and was just okay. Tv’s are small. Just in wrong place at wrong time.
I was so impressed with the check in and the accommodations I wanted to good again for next year! The staff was great, the views from the rooms from the 2nd floor and up were amazing. The size of the units was perfect. All the supplies from the toiletries to the kitchen was perfect. It was definetly a family resort. Close to Panama City to ride a bike to but far enough away from the spring breakers. the security was obvious which was great. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The sofa as with most timeshares was questionable, but there were ok. I would recommend this resort to friends and family
I was worried with the renovations going on at Landmark, that we would regret our stay, but we had no issues during our stay. Yes they are working on the outside, repairing/replacing stucco, rooftop clubhouse is not accessible, but renovations did not effect us. Our two bedroom unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and kitchen stocked with necessary items we could use. One bedroom had king size bed, had sliding doors to access balcony, large bathroom with separate shower/toilet area. Second bedroom had two double beds and bathroom entry from the bedroom with shower/tub. Washer & dryer in the unit. Dining seats 6 to 8 easily. Couch, loveseat and large chair in LR. Large flat screen TV in LR and both BR had TV also. The resort is very family friendly. Just walk off the elevator, out the door and onto the beach. You can rent two beach chairs and umbrella at the beach, if a quest at the resort it's $15 daily or $75 weekly. After the first day, we did not bother taking chairs and umbrella to beach, with the affordability of renting. Beach was quiet (even though it was spring break time.) Landmark is west of Pier Park, far enough down to be out of the crowds, but close enough to go to places in that area. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, family place to stay, you would enjoy Landmark. …
