I booked through Priceline/Booking.com which there description says oceanview studio...... 1) Check-in went smoothly only took 10 mins 2) The description does not say it’s across the street from the beach 3) There is no patio as the resort says the room type I booked doesn’t have them just a huge window which I am able to VIEW the ocean but it doesn’t even open so no fresh ocean air! 5) The chairs at the table are terribly worn out and there is no stove top 6) The toilet almost sits on the floor and my knees are bad! I called Priceline and so far they were unable to reach the hotel. When I tried to call the number provided it rings forever! Waiting on a resolution!

At first glance this seems like a great place to stay - based on location and price. However, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We stayed in #1034 that we booked on VRBO. Our owner was not great to deal with as she didn’t communicate well or in a timely fashion. Our unit is not cared for and is outdated. The bed is very hard, the kitchen sink doesn’t drain well, the balcony furniture is rusty, the tv is outdated and not clear, the batteries in the remote were held in by electrical tape and the wifi was slow. At the pool, there is a pool Natzi that stays all day and basically does nothing but get on to guests for anything - like having your drink in the wrong side of your chair which put it within 4 feet of the hot tub 🤦🏽‍♀️ In addition, parking is horrible and they work closely with a towing company to tow even if you are a first. We got towed out 3rd night there although our parking pass was clearly visible - we had park in an area with yellow stripes due to absolutely zero spaces available. They let our vehicle stay parked allá night and had it towed at 9:30 AM the next morning - although they had our room number to contact us to move it. One elevator was put fir a full day during spring break. We will not stay at this property again. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your trip.

This is my second stay at this place this year the building is nice and kept up very well the two different units I have stayed and have been very nice however they Blare the music at the pool starting at 9 AM for some ridiculous reason out of volume that will drive you crazy all day long even when the pool is empty after 5 PM the music will Blare up to the ninth and 10th floors to the point where you will not be able to sit on your balcony to enjoy a glass of wine this is perplexing because this property tends to be conservative I don’t know how people. They need to get a grip on this

Pulled up Friday night and after a brief wait I got checked in by a wonderful lady. Got up to my room to notice the light in the kitchen was burnt out. I put my stuff down and immediately wanted to go check out the view, but it took about 5 minutes to get the door open. The sliding glass door could have definitely used some grease to lubricate the track. One of the chairs had rusted feet which I stepped on one night just glad it didn’t puncture my foot. The bathroom fan didn’t work, toilet ran if you didn’t pay attention to it, the toilet seat was broke, and it wasn’t seated well because it moved around. Other than that the room was ok until the WiFi went out and cell service was awful. Went to the desk to tell them about the WiFi and learned there wasn’t anyone there the whole weekend. For close to $1000 to stay the weekend, I would have figured a little better place. I also got harassed by a rent a cop because my tire was on a line, but the line was next to the wall.

We arrive in Panama at 9:30 am. They gave us a parking pass so we could enjoy the beach while we waited for our check-in time. We also receive a voucher for the kids to eat free at Sharky's. They called us at 3 to let us know our room was available. Which was great, but the only probably is receive the wrong room. It only took about 30 to 45 minutes to fix the problem. The actual room we book when we entry was great, very clean awesome view of the ocean. My wife was very surprise to see 3 Sun hats waiting for her in the room. I was very surprise of the size room bigger than I was expecting. I have not complaints at all about the and one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will be back very soon. Just a little in sight. There is an elevator on the East end of the build if you don't want to wait for the main elevator.

We are super glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, it is always refreshing to hear that we exceeded expectations. Our sincerest apologies with your brief initial inconvenience. I am glad that you discovered the East elevator. Keep in mind for your next visit there is also a WEST elevator. Take either one to the 15th floor for our observations decks for breathtaking sweeping views of the gulf, the area, and of course sunrise and sunset! We hope to welcome you back soon.
