We got a great rate for this room during our stay and it was really nice. Could easily accommodate up to 4 people and having a full kitchen complete with dishes and a dishwasher makes a long term stay here a breeze. It was right on the lake with the beach just a walk down to the end of the...

Overall, the facility seemed to be very nice. That is until the night of our check-in when we found a sporadic number of ants in our bathroom. The next morning, while preparing breakfast, we found a large trail of ants on the wall and counter. We then proceeded to request maintenance. We were informed that maintenance had not arrived on...

The room was spacious and nice. The staff was also friendly. The room could have been cleaned better, especially in corners and around base boards and the towel rack was broken in the bathroom. The sleeper sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable, we ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. Overall pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

I know its the off season, but still close to restaurants, and the gulf. Lagoon and restaurants in the complex, as well pools. View of lagoon from my balcony, gulf is just beyond, short 5 minute walk. Could use some new carpet, but clean, and kitchen well equipped and plenty of room for up to 4 people, 2 kids 3...

This was my first stay on the "Panhandle" and wanted to try this place before my long drive to Southwest Florida. I am so glad that I took 2 nights to relax and enjoy the ambience. I have never been a fan of chain hotels and wanted to avoid the cookie cutter experience. The condo/suite exceeded my expectations. The only...

Stayed three nights and can say that, overall, the facility is a reasonable choice. On the plus side, it is located within easy walking distance of local beaches. The "hotel" actually is a hybrid hotel and condominium model, situated on a small lake, with a suite-type room that is generally adequate in size. A kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher...

The hotel is halfway between the airport and places like the Watercolor/Seaside. It is across the street from a Publix Grocery Store and next to a CVS. The hotel is actually an upscale motel. Behind the motel are houses that are part of the community. Behind those houses is the beach. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to...

Loved this place. We had an awesome room with a beautiful view. Check in was quick and the clerk was very knowledgeable of the amenities of the resort. Excellent restaurant on the property. Bring a bike or rent one there! Grocery shopping across the street if you choose to cook in. Great stay! Weather was perfect.

It was okay. It felt like there weren't many people there, kind of eerie. The carpet was terribly dirty. I wore shoes in the room the entire time. Dead bugs in the light fixtures. Did see one big palmetto bug but may have come in from outside. The pools were clean. The lobby closes at 8, so again, felt like...

This place is like so many other gulf coast hotels, overused, under maintained. Carpet stained, room noisy as bed is on highway 98 side, Internet not working. Can't walk to cafe's, none open, same with bars. Skip this place and find somewhere else.
