We had a great stay at Wyndham resort in Panama City Beach, FL. The resort is beautiful. Our room was a single deluxe and beautiful. It could use some updating and more in depth cleaning, but all in all, we loved our stay there.
We were lucky enough to spend two weeks on th 18th floor in a spacious one bedroom, two bath apartment overlooking the Gulf. The Beach was right there, as well as a beautiful beachfront pool with a tiki-bar. There were also two other pools.there were...More

Since I do not own any property there at the condos, I am not in a position to really give an accurate answer. If you believe you are not getting what you paid for, then write or call the management group that oversees the property. If management is located nearby, go to them in person with your grievances. There are valid complaints as to services if those outlined in the leasing/buying agreement are listed and not being done.
On a separate note, there may not be bathmats due to some people not drying them properly which leads to mildew in bathrooms????
