I’ve lived in Florida for quite some time, and I have never heard of palm coast until recently. We stayed at I’ve lived in Florida for quite some time, and I have never heard of palm coast until recently. We stayed at Hammock Beach and loved every second of our stay. The amenities are endless. We went to this wonderful resort 7 years ago and decided to go back, thinking it would be a great place to go in this covid era since we could do things outside, eat outside, and have enough space in one of their enormous 3 bedroom villas that we wouldn't need to worry about spending time in common indoor areas. It was a really great trip. You should know that, because of the pandemic, things have changed a lot. The water slide and lazy river were closed, and a lot of things weren't quite the same because of capacity limits. The restaurants were not all open. However, it is a lovely resort, with great amenities, and the beach is amazing. We all had a great time, and look forward to coming back when these times have passed. The villa we stayed at was clean and spacious, and the villas are not a long walk from the main property. The lawn was a great place for playing frisbee and tossing bean bags, the putting green was fun, and the beach was gorgeous and amazing. The bicycle rental was awesome--so many great paths for biking and running!

Service was good. However we rented a 3 bedroom condo which was spacious however the mattresses in each room were extremely old, dirty, and worn out. The king bed in the main room was so old and worn out that the bed made a u shape when you laid on one side of it. I currently have massive lower back and hip pain due to 2 nights sleeping in it. Worst hotel sleeping experience ever and I am physically paying for it. Praying this back and hip pain goes away. Already went to the chiropractor once with minimal relief. Unhappy and in pain.

If I stay somewhere for this price I at least expect minimum services.... like maybe just a front desk concierge to answer phone calls from the rooms. I spent almost 45 min on a Friday night just trying to reach the front desk to figure out the WiFi password.... after being redirected to about 10 different answering machines I finally walked downstairs to be told with a indifferent attitude “sorry I’m the only one on” I would expect this from some cheap 3 star resort but it’s actually really annoying knowing I’m paying top dollar for some hotel that doesn’t even have front desk concierge services...

Do not believe their website when they say that they are pet friendly and that pets are welcome. They only reserve 2 rooms in the entire resort for pets. It seems to me that if you are truly a pet friendly resort, you would have many rooms for pets and reserve a few for travelers that do not want pets in their rooms. I am attending and event, or I would not stay here and I will not stay here again.
