Out of 271 nights at Marriott properties as a Gold Elite Member I have never been treated with such disrespect than at this property. The front desk supervisor deserves to be terminated. Stay at Marriott but not this property.

I say here 2 or 3 times a year as it’s close to my company HQ. I have always complained it’s in dire need of a makeover and now it has one. Although it’s obvious a lot of money has been spent there has been a lack of attention to detail with some sloppy workmanship if you look closely. That said it’s the big improvement that was needed to keep this hotel on a list of place folks would want to stay ! The service was as good as ever. I’ll be back.

I’ve been coming to this hotel For many years. With the acquisition of Sheraton they got rid of the concierge’s lounge and took away the free breakfast for elite members. I was even switching from the Hilton to them because I prefer this property. But not anymore. It’s sad that they double the size of Marriott but got cheap with the rewards

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay at our hotel. I value your feedback as it gives us the opportunity to improve the quality of the product and service we deliver to guest such as yourself. I apologize that you were given misinformation as all of our Elite members receive complimentary breakfast in this hotel. In fact, our restaurant delivers beyond the experience that was previously available in the Concierge Lounge. As an aside, Marriott is improving the deliverables to our status members by the installation of the MClub as a standard replacing concierge and executive lounges throughout the brand. The MClub provides a more sophisticated, rewarding lounge experience that should appeal directly to our status members. We will be adding a MClub during 2020, and I invite you to return to experience it, and the service that we can provide. Thank you again for your patronage and I look forward to seeing you again in the future when your travels bring you back to the Palm Beach Gardens area. Travel Brilliantly! This hotel is going through a renovation and the room looks nice. I got a room that has a door to the next room which is common in all hotels. But the horrible thing about this hotel is that it brings the noise from the next room as if there's no wall between the two rooms. The guy in the room next to me was on the phone and I could hear him very clearly even though he wasn't very loud. Every bit of noise, TV or walking or anything happening in the next room was clearly audible and it was such a bad a experience. I couldn't fall asleep until the other guy went to bed. Then in the morning, alarms went off at 6 AM in all the rooms. I could hear the neighbor struggling to figure out how to stop it!! I am hoping that the room that don't have the door in between are better off! Beware and ask for rooms that don't have doors between them and if they don't have it available, avoid the hotel completely.

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay in our hotel. I appreciate the nice comments about the hotel’s newly renovated rooms. Also, I appreciate your honest feedback about the sounds that can be heard in the next room. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience you experienced from the unwanted noise. As of the writing of this response, the hotel has identified the reason for the sound transfer and has found, and is executing a solution that will be applied to all of our connecting rooms. This solution will fix the sound transference between rooms. I appreciate your patronage of our hotel and invite you to return in the future to again experience our wonderful new product when your travels bring you back to the Palm Beach Gardens area. Not willing to do that Showed up property in person around 7:30 pm- restaurant empty and full of dirty dishes on tables- and no one working?bar was 3 guys in shorts & flip flops - no bartender? Waiting about 15 min- no change The check in area was mobbed with a group of out of state road workers- all dirty and loud We left. Never would return here

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay in our hotel. Please accept my apology for the issues you experienced trying to make a reservation. I further apologize for the reported condition of the restaurant. I can only assume you arrived after a hectic period and the area had not recovered from the activity. At any rate I have spoken to the food and beverage team about the condition of the restaurant and their uniforms. I am truly disappointed that your experience in the hotel did not live up to your expectations as we are currently in the midst of a $20M renovation that after its completion, will transform our property into the modern Marriott that you’ve come to expect. I can only surmise that the “group of out of state road workers” you encountered may have been with the construction team, but I can’t be certain. At any rate, thank you for your patronage and your valuable feedback. I trust that you will give us another opportunity in the future to regain your confidence as this was not representative of the wonderful service that we have been known to deliver. Take care and Travel Brilliantly!
