Bringing a group of over 200 for a retreat to The Breakers, absolutely no detail was either too small or too large. With a group so large, one would expect that management would be on top of things, and of course they indeed were in top of every detail. However, with a large group, you might be prepared for a...

From the first car valet greeting to the last goodbye with a cold bottle of water for the road, I have never stayed in a finer or better run hotel, including Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. The food was exquisite as was the dining room and outdoor dining areas. VERY EXPENSIVE! If you are on an expense account, or very...

I have been to the resort a few times. The hotel is flawless in it's execution of whatever service they provide. Never had any issue or problem; The service is excellent and genuinely sincere. The enhancements to the main pool were very nice; and everytime I go to the breakers there is something they are changing for the better. The...

My wife and I stayed at the Breakers for a seminar in June 2013. Driving into the Breakers we were met with an elegant row of royal palms and a regal looking exterior. The interior of the hotel and the meeting rooms looks like it is from the Vatican or Paris. No detail has been spared from the flooring to...

In September 2012 we visited the Breakers for a work retreat and stayed 3 nights. As my husband likes staying in hotels as much as I do, he came along for the ride. This posting will be less detailed than some of my more recent postings, as I forgot to take photos and do not recall the room we were...

We have been going to this resort for the past ten years. This resort is not what it used to be. The demographics have changed completely. If you think you are getting a relaxing world class resort experience, think again. The demographics now consists of loud , noisy, obnoxious, rude , young adults. The hotel staff losses control of the...

I really didn't believe it when I read online that this was one of the most family friendly resorts in the country because I didn't picture it that way (from what I knew of it) but we decided to give it a shot w/ 2 young kids under 5 and it met & exceeded expectations! The staff was so so...

Stayed 3 nights with my husband for a conference. The interior of the hotel reminds me of the Biltmore in Asheville, NC. The service was impeccable...Really! Everyone from the valets, cleaning staff, people just walking around with name tags (LOL) would stop and ask me if they could help me, that could be because I looked lost ... the resort...

Stayed at The Breakers with wife and two kids (8 and 9 years old). Outstanding resort. Service is far better than Ritz or Four Seasons. The facilities, grounds, rooms and common areas are all perfect. By far one of the best hotels we've had the pleasure of visiting. On par with a resort like Sea Island Georgia.
